Good would by from again

I recently pre-ordered an album from Chuchucherry and recommend them to everyone. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. My pre-order arrived in perfect condition with the additional pre-order bonuses. I've already placed another pre-order based on this experience.

Everything was perfectly packaged and arrived very quickly! It was nice to come back here again and have a pleasant experience :)

Magazine arrived in mint condition and in timeline expected. Only suggestion I would make is that Chuchucherry might consider offering courier delivery as well, as many Royal Mail postal deliveries across the UK are currently very unreliable.

Really happy with the In The Soop photo frame and Bang Bang Con flag, thank you. Both were packaged really well and arrived quickly. Thank you for the discount code from @xeleribethx too.

arrived quickly, perfectly packaged 🫶🫶

Lack of communication/updates on order. Contacted about cancelling an order but had to follow up + eventual reply over a month later. Eventually did receive order and packaged safely.

The album came nicely packaged

such a great business, they sent my package over so quickly and were so very kind <3

Always great service, all albums arrived quickly and securely ! Really lovely team too with great customer service !!

Will continue to order from chuchucherry for all future kpop albums !

Good prices and selection’s. Always delivered on time with updates, albums always come well protected, never had any problems. Also good prices.

Love that I can get access to a lot of kpop albums/pobs/luckydraws that I would normally never get the chance too. Wouldn’t order from anywhere else

Great shipping and the album arrived in great condition.

Great company and service, delivery as stated, easy transaction process. Would recommend

The album was really well packaged as well it came in fast. I was really happy with my purchase.

Came in really safe packaging and came very fast would recommend x

Everything arrived perfectly and on time. It was a good experience and I would order again in future.

Came fast, wasn't missing anything, included my preorder/weverse benefits and was packaged nicely. many layers of bubble wrap. Was a bit worried because this album is made of cardboard (I don't know why?) but luckily nothing was bent/damaged.

Received my goods in perfect condition and also some small freebees which was cute. Packaging even had a sticker on it that was related to the purchase which was a cute detail. Appreciate the thought they put into it.

I requested for a particular album to come back in stock and they stocked it and shipped a soon as I bought the albums. Always a pleasant experience shopping on their store.
