Update: 6 weeks after ordering with express delivery I have now received a tracking number. And hence changed to 2 stars. Let’s see if I receive anything.

I do not understand how the reviews are so good. Are they all fake reviews? I ordered over a month ago with express shipping. Still have not received neither the package, nor tracking number, only an email confirming my payment.
I have tried to contact support several times, but only receiving automated answers. They are not answering questions I fear that all my money is lost.

Order received in a timely manner considering distance traveled. The meds were as described and worked very well for me. I was a little skeptical but all said and done it was a pretty darn good deal, basically 30 E.D. pills for the price of shipping and handling. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Placed an order which was never received. I contacted support and informed them of the situation. They re-shipped the order however there were a total of 500 pills missing which is a significant amount! Contacted the support team again and was told that they would investigate however have yet to receive a response to my complaint. It has been an absolute nightmare of an experience following this up. Unfortunately they haven't honored their own policies when it comes to issues with delivery.
