Ciao Andiamo is an excellent company who delivers quality bespoke travel planning services tailored to your needs. I’ve used them twice now (honeymoon to Italian Rivera + Tuscany, Florence and then Rome, Venice, Verona) would recommend them to all my friends and family. They are so responsive to any request or needs before during the planning phase of your trip and while you’re in Italy. If we had any questions or concerns while we were in the country, we were able to text them and always received responses within 5-10 minutes and our concerns were quickly addressed. For instance, if a restaurant could not find our reservation, they’d call on our behalf, or if we wanted to cancel a dinner reservation planned because we were too tried and needed rest, they assisted with that also. This is a legitimate company who will plan an excellent vacation for you. Salute to your next Italian adventure with Ciao Andiamo. You’ll love it!

We used Ciao to help plan our 13 day couple trip around Italy. It was magical and met all of our expectations and more. We will be coming back to see more. Italy is beautiful.

This was our second trip with Ciao Andiamo . They designed a private 7 day trip to the Almafi coast and Ischia. .Their level of service , excursions, and hotel selections were incredible. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Ciao Andiamo was fantastic to work with! I had read reviews before deciding to use them and never read anything negative. It was such a seamless way to plan and came to fruition once landing in Italy. Having guides, drivers, transfers, hotels, tours, and restaurants thoughtfully arranged removed a lot of typical vacation stress. All of our guides and drivers were wonderful. The hotel locations could not have been better. We felt very pampered. It was great to have access to the team while in Italy via WhatsApp, as we changed things around a few times with reservations. We were a family of six and had a trip of a lifetime for two weeks that I could not have done myself.

Nicole and Ciao Andiamo staff are attentive, responsive and provided us with all professional, informative guides and drivers. We could not have arranged this trip without them.

My wife and I worked with Ciao Andiamo and Sean Mellott to tailor an Italy experience exactly to our specifications. Sean and team made this an absolutely seamless experience. We went to Rome, Amalfi Coast, Tuscany and Florence. It was an unforgettable honeymoon. We were able to fully experience the rich culture and history while adding a romantic spin to each stop. I honestly can't recommend Ciao Andiamo enough. If you're going to Italy and not using Ciao Andiamo, you're doing it wrong!

I’m not even sure where to begin, Ciao Andiamo is amazing! It’s hard to describe and find the right words to say how perfect our Italy trip was…..”a trip of a lifetime celebrating with our 81 year old mother.” Christiana and Max (owners) exceeded our expectations! When we contacted Ciao Andiamo, they asked what our interests were and what we wanted to see on our trip to Italy. Well…….they nailed it! They set up a 16 day trip in 6 regions with everything we love……cooking classes, wineries, botanical gardens, churches and architecture, boat rides, delicious dinners, fun lunches , all while learning the history of Italy, We did not have to think about anything, just enjoy each day of our magnificent trip. Ciao Andiamo did not miss a beat. We started as clients to Ciao Andiamo, but ended as friends! In fact, Christiana was so personal and went above and beyond every day to make our trip special and memorable. Each day was filled with something new, and each destination was just as beautiful as the one before. Our hotels were always in the perfect location…….and stunning, I might add! Our drivers were outstanding! We always had private tour guides educated in showing us the highlights. I will never take a trip to Italy without Ciao Andiamo planning it. Our family trip to Italy was an absolute dream come true, thanks to the impeccable planning by Jon, Nicole and Christiana at Ciao Andiamo. From the moment we arrived in Rome to our final stop in Milan, every aspect of our journey was expertly organized, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience. Here's a review of our remarkable Italian adventure:
Our journey began in Rome, where we were greeted by the grandeur of the Colosseum and the magnificence of St. Peter's Basilica. Walking through the historic streets felt like a journey back in time. The Vatican City, including the iconic Sistine Chapel, left us in awe of its incredible artistry and religious significance. Our knowledgeable tour guide made our visit truly exceptional. Rome's bustling streets and delectable cuisine added to the charm, making it an unforgettable start to our Italian adventure.
Next, we hopped on a train to Florence, a city that epitomizes art and culture. We instantly fell in love with its cobblestone streets, charming shops, and inviting cafés. Exploring the enchanting Ponte Vecchio, with its jewelry shops, felt like a step into a fairytale. A day trip to San Gimignano provided breathtaking views, and our visit to the Bindi Sergardi vineyard, accompanied by a knowledgeable driver, was a true highlight. Tuscany's rolling hills adorned with vineyards and olive groves showcased the region's natural beauty. Once we arrived, we were greeted by their wonderful staff and enjoyed a private lunch in their beautiful gardens. Indulging in world-class wines, savoring authentic Tuscan cuisine, and immersing ourselves in the region's beauty were unforgettable highlights.
The next day, we embarked on another exciting adventure with a private driver who took us to Maranello, where we had the opportunity to visit the Ferrari Museum and even test drive one of their iconic cars. It was an exhilarating experience, especially for the boys who absolutely loved every moment. We extend a huge thank you to the Ciao Andiamo team for accommodating this last-minute addition, making our trip even more memorable.
Our journey continued to Venice, a city that captivated us with its unique charm and waterways. Navigating the intricate canals on elegant gondolas while admiring magnificent architecture was an otherworldly experience. St. Mark's Square, with its stunning Basilica and the Doge's Palace, left us in awe. We explored the narrow streets, crossed countless bridges, and savored delectable Italian cuisine, creating memories that will stay with us forever. A visit to Murano, witnessing the art of glassmaking, added an extra touch of wonder to our time in Venice.
Our journey ended in Milan, where the Ciao Andiamo team arranged a fantastic three-hour tour for us. We marveled at the grandeur of the Duomo, admired the Last Supper, and experienced the beauty of the opera house. Milan's vibrant shopping scene exceeded our expectations, and the culinary delights we tasted were truly exceptional.
Overall, our trip to Italy was a sensory delight. The country's rich history, artistic heritage, stunning landscapes, and warm-hearted people created an unmatched destination. This was truly the most incredible trip my husband and I have taken and that's all thanks to Ciao Andiamo. We would have never experienced all of the hidden gems of Italy without their incredibly detailed guidance and itinerary planning. Not to mention the meticulous work of coordinating all of the private drivers, hotels, tour guide reservations, excursions, train tickets, etc. that they took from our hands. Italy is magical as is, but with Ciao Andiamo planning your trip you will see the most authentic beautiful version of Italy possible. I could go on forever with how incredible this experience was but let me just say that if you want to do it right you absolutely must let Ciao Andiamo plan your trip. Ciao Andiamo is a wonderful travel agency! We used them to book a trip to Italy for my wife’s 50th birthday. They were extraordinarily helpful in every respect and planned an amazing trip from Rome, to the Amalfi coast and on to Florence. From the hotels, to the tours, the restaurant recommendations, even the train tickets and private cars, they were spot on. All we had to do was relax and enjoy. I will definitely book with them again when we return to Italy!

WOW!!! Our experience with Ciao Andiamo was absolutely A+++++. For our honeymoon, my husband and I wanted a stress free and authentic trip throughout Italy. I have been to Italy before and had done all of the must sees so we were looking to design a bespoke trip to hit some new places and visit a few favorites. Right from the beginning, Sean was terrific. He was thoughtful, responsive, helpful, and professional. He designed a trip that hit all of our must haves — Sorrento, Ischia, Umbria, Firenze, and Lago di Como. He helped me make tweaks and offered terrific suggestions based on our budget and wants. He also helped make restaurant reservations which we appreciated as well.

From the second we landed in Italy, every detail was taken care of. It was terrific to have our itinerary on the app, as well as Cristiana available on WhatsApp for questions and just to check in. She was so lovely and such a great help when we needed to make a quick adjustment to our pickup time while hiking the Amalfi Coast.

The trip was a wonderful balance of relaxing and touring. We truly enjoyed getting to know all of the wonderful drivers and tour guides! Everyone was so knowledgable and friendly. We really, really appreciated the relationships that Ciao Andiamo has with family run businesses and independent tour operators. Some highlights of our trip included snorkeling through grottos in Ischia, staying in a 13th century village at an absolutely incredible spa hotel in Umbria, enjoying a private wine tasting at a family run vineyard in the Chianti region, and a private boat tour of Lake Como. Our boat driver even made a restaurant suggestion and called from the boat to make a lunch reservation for us!

I really can’t say enough about Ciao Andiamo. There are so many companies to choose from when booking a trip to Italy and it can be overwhelming to decide which one to use. Personally, I had a busy year leading up to our wedding and didn’t feel that I’d have the time to plan all of the details of a big trip like this… I also don’t have the personal relationships on the ground! But we really didn’t want a cookie cutter honeymoon. Ciao Andiamo fit the bill and delivered in a huge way and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be booking another trip with them very soon!

We used Ciao for our honeymoon in May 2022. We traveled to Rome, the Amalfi coast and Venice. We booked our flights and the hotels in Rome and Venice ourselves. Ciao handled everything else including the hotel in Priano and the trains/cars between cities. We went with a planned package that was slightly tweaked (added Pompeii tour, etc.). Ciao was very easy to work with and had great communication throughout the process. The tours and tour guides they set us up with were wonderful and they allowed us to defer our original deposit 1 year due to Covid-19. We absolutely recommend them!

For our tour of Sicily, our favorite parts were the visits to Monreale, the Valley of the Temples, and the Roman Villa. For all of our tours, the guides we had were knowledgeable and interesting. Marcella made Monreale and the rest of Palermo a wonderful place to visit and Lorenzo made the valley of the temples come alive. We did have an issue with one of our stops. It was not what was promised. Ciao Andiamo gave us another tour on a free day that was better than anything we could have expected with a visit to a winery with tastings and lunch where the winery has been in the same family for 295 years. My wife and I love wine, food, and history.

Ciao Andiamo planned the trip of a lifetime for our family of five over Christmas break - during Covid! They were diligent in keeping us safe from Covid and making it easy for us to get tested before our return. This made our trip so relaxing and stress-free.

They are the masters of planning a trip full of special experiences, excellent restaurants and hotels, amazing tour guides and they take care of ALL the details.

We had great experiences in Rome, Florence, Venice, Umbria and the Amalfi Coast - their daily schedules were perfect for our teens and us!

The entire company is warm, friendly and gracious just like the people we encountered in Italy. We highly recommend Ciao Andiamo. They will exceed your expectations!

For someone visiting Italy for the first time, this is way above my expectation.
I went with a small group of six girls on a customized trip with sightseeing, food/wine tasting, and shopping in central Italy--the Umbria region. The views (ocean, valleys, rolling hills, ancient cities, and grand churches) are breathtaking, food (seafood, pasta, cold cuts, and fresh vegs) to die for, and shopping (handmade leather and cashmere by local artists) is unbelievable. And Max, our tour leader, has a knack for knowing exactly where the best place to be. We did so much--wine tasting, truffle hunting, learning about how olive oils are made, and trying so many unique flavors of gelatos such as star anise, rose, lavender, and fig. I highly recommend it.

The crew at Ciao Andiamo planned a fabulous journey for me. Max and Cristiana exemplify the warm and welcoming nature of the Italian people. They were so attentive and responsive, checking in with me a lot which I appreciated greatly as a solo traveler.
I especially enjoyed their local guides Giuseppe, Veronica, Elena and Marco all of whom I highly recommend. Do not hesitate to book your vacation with Ciao Andiamo!!!
