RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Don’t order anything

Order placed on 1/15/2026. Received confirmation of order. Heard nothing from cigar.com until I called on 2/2/2026. All of a sudden, my order will be sent out for delivery tomorrow, 2/3/2026. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The prices may be okay, but your receiving your order is suspect. Do not order anything from this company. I will not.

Lies and Overseas Call Centers.. Wouldn’t use Cigar.com ever again. 100 percent satisfaction is a comical joke. Ordered cigars for a buddy that just had a son. Paid for rushed shipping. They sent a different product which I believe was on purpose; hoping I wouldn’t return it. When I called they said it was a mistake and then 4 days after they said they would send the right product I got an email saying the item is back ordered. So glad I paid extra for two day shipping!! Cancelled the order and will never again use these scammers. Ofcourse they want me to go out of my way to now send the bs order back to UPS as well.

I placed an order on 8/11/2024 and


I placed an order on 8/11/2024 and tried to track my order on 8/15/2024 and it stated order was processing. I decided to call them on 08/16/2024 and get the status of my order the gentleman I spoke to confirmed my order was still processing and told me my order would probably be shipped on 8/19/2024. I wasn't pleased with this so I canceled the order. Who takes over a week to ship an order?

I was a loyal customer for years!!

I ordered from cigar.com and PayPal is I ordered from cigar.com and PayPal is a payment option but I have yet to receive my order that was ordered on October 31,2023, they said it takes 5 days to authorize, today is November 9th and they still have not authorized my purchase, when I call they say “we can take your payment using debit or credit card” WHY IS PAYPAL AN OPTION IF THEY DONT HONOR IT just take the PayPal option off the choices to pay, this is bad business, they shouldn’t have it as a payment option because obviously you can not use it, FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I’m about to be done with them, it’s not right at all!!
