Excellent service from James!

I ordered from cigarette-vape.com and unfortunately my first package got blocked by customs. I contacted their support, and James was incredibly helpful throughout the process — quick replies, very professional, and understanding. They even shipped my order again for free, which arrived without any issue this time. Great service and trustworthy company. Highly recommend!

I took a chance on a new vendor and I'm happy with the results.

Another site that I normally used couldn't ship to me anymore due to the tariffs. I looked around for another and there are so many scam sites that I had to be careful. I found this one and messaged their customer service because I couldn't find any reviews for them anywhere. The customer service was very quick to respond and very helpful. He showed me some examples of messages back and forth between him and previous customers who had received their orders. I know it could've been faked but I was desperate and decided to take a chance. I told them I'd write a review on trustpilot once I received the order and they immediately signed up and claimed the profile. It took 14 days from the time I ordered until the package arrived, which I'm happy with. My only slight issue was that a few of the items listed in stock on the website were actually out, but I'm not even lowering my review score because this is about trust, and you can trust these guys, they're legit.
