I have an issue with my Marlboro special select coming apart where the butt and cigarette attached. It's very frustrating and so far it's happened four times today. For the price we pay this should not be an issue. I can't be the only customer with this iss6

Ordered Marlboro and received some Korean ESSE brand and when I requested replacement, they just ignore you
Money sent from Paysent to Kyrgyzstan so you will never get it back. Everything they say on the website is fake

Got the silent treatment. Ordered Vogue Menthols and they delivered Esse which is a completely different brand and not as good. Emailed for a replacement several times and no response.

cigarettes.land are a complete scam. They want you to put money into an account in Kyrgyzstan,and then they don`t deliver. DO NOT buy from them!

I made an order with Cigarettes.land back in February 2024 and still havent received it!!! I didnt get any notifications of arrival of the parcels and am baffled at the lack of assistance from them.. They cannot confirm where the parcels are, I have requested for my order to be redelivered or a full refund. And now getting the silence treatment. Don't fall for their 100% satisfaction rating on their website, it is NOT genuine. If you buy from Cigarettes.land you will get scammed out of your money and no product sent!!! NEVER again will I use or recommend this company. I suggest you don't either. Why is there so many crook people in the world!
