I received the courier notification within 2min of placing my order. From the courier!!! If I can fault cigars.co.za on anything, it is the warning stickers on the box, if you place the stickers yours... もっず芋る

The seller very unprofessional have no idea how to adhere to customer service

There was nothing unprofessional from our side.

You placed 2 orders, which i think the first one you were unable to process payment, and then the second one you successfully paid.

Our system automatically canceled the one that was not paid which you got a notification, and the second order was marked as shipped with the tracking number.

However, you sent an email querying this, and we gave you the explanation that there were 2 orders placed which one was paid and the other wasn’t. This means there was 2 order numbers which you did not take note of.

The paid order was shipped and delivered the following day, and then you send as an insulting email that we are unprofessional?

In NO WAY we were ever unprofessional. Your emails are demanding, rude and full of insults, you have no manners on how to speak to people, and this is not our fault.

Specially when you are unable to understand that you made 2 separate orders with DISTINCT order numbers and then start to send us rude emails about something you did and do not understand.

Thank you for the review Toby. Due to Cuba’s current state of affairs, it’s extremely difficult to get what we want or even in the quantities we want. It’s a take it or leave it situation, which consumers don’t understand.

Absolutely great service

Absolutely great service, placed order after 21:00 Wednesday evening, received deliver Thursday afternoon. And what a great smoke it was. Legendary service as always.

Hi Moribula, Please be aware that our business is not logistics. We do not own The Courier Guy and neither do we control their routes. We simply use them as our selected logistic company, as they are the fastest and most reliable courier company we have used in South Africa.

You have placed a total of 115 orders since 2020.
There is the SECOND time that The Courier Guy experienced delays with your order. All other 113 orders were delivered on time.

2 weeks ago I even sent you a hand crafted pen with the cigar brand you always order as a gift, and you didn’t even take time to say thank you.

However, 1 order gets delayed due to The Courier Guy and you rate us 1 star?

I find your rating is extremely unfair and damaging to our company and does not reflect our values we stand for as a business.

In future try and reach out to the companies by email or via a phone call before leaving a damaging review. We could have queried with the Courier guy the reason for the delay on your order, even though you get provided a tracking number and you can reach out directly to the courier company.

GREAT SERVICE GREAT PRODUCT!

1st: Speedy delivery service!
2nd: My friend loved his cigar. The fact that it was put in this cute wooden case, made it so much more special.

I will definitely order again to fill up his wooden cigar case.

Frequently order from Cigars.co.za and every order has been delivered on time (or even before).

My last order they notified me about a stick not being in stock and asked if they could replace it with another. To my surprise they replaced it with a cigar twice the cost, Pedro and team are exceptionally good at what they do!
