Making payment was a bit confusing as you first have to create an order and then access the order to make payment. (I am not sure if this was just me.
Apart from that, it was seamless. Goods were delivered in excellent condition the very next day (mind you I placed my order like 8pm).
I bought it as a gift so I can’t comment on the actual goods, but if it is anything like their service, it aught to be fantastic.

They didn’t have the cutter in stock that I had paid for. I was contacted immediately to inform me of this. Hillel kindly offered me a selection to choose from that they suggested would be a satisfactory replacement and offered to cover the additional cost. I don’t see this level of kind and honest service very often in today’s world. After making my selection, they sent it speedily. Thank you Cigars.co.za for doing this for me. I appreciate it. I will be back to support their business again.

I was very impressed with the quick service - I ordered on Monday afternoon and received my cigars on Tuesday. It was neatly packed and it was exactly what I ordered.
I also found the review of the cigar very accurate and helpful!
