I was a bit skeptical at first, but the service has been spot on. My order arrived without any issues. From what I can tell, most of the negative reviews seem to be related to customs stopping packages rather than the business itself. I’ve now placed a second order and hopefully it gets through customs as smoothly as the first.

Great selection of products, and speedy delivery! Was expecting the parcel to get held up in customs for a while, but it flew through with no issues!

Les Kretek’s ayant disparu d’Europe, j’ai commandé le 5 août cinq paquets de Sampoerna Avolution pour 21€ et 17€ de frais d’envoi.
Le statut du colis était resté depuis le 14 août statique et j’ai eu le grand plaisir de recevoir hier ma commande après cinq semaines d’attente.
L’emballage très soigné avec du papier bulle, a été fait de façon très neutre et cela a contribué à ce que la douane soit passée avec succès. Les Sampoerna Avolution sont délicieuses, j’ai apprécié le petit mot sympathique et le petit cadeau qui accompagnaient les cigarettes. La communication par mail est très attentive et rassurante. Ils sont très réactifs.
Conclusion : je rachèterai sur ce site très professionnel et sécure et je recommande les Sampoerna Avolution qui sont de très fines et élégante cigarettes au délicieux goût de girofle avec ce filtre sucré qui nous rend si addicts.

Great overall, make sure to verify all necessary information before the payment process. Product arrived nicely packaged, correct, earlier than expected and I even received a little gift that brought back many nice memories.

Indonesian cigarettes are of good quality. I'd avoid the others. Shipping was fine. Stealth was OK.

Was worried about ordering from so far away but went great, got here fast here in California with no issues and these products are so much better than anything ever sold at my local smoke shops, thanx again!

Over a year of ordering 20+ at a time. They never fail to deliver. The one time they were out of stock, they texted and emailed till they got a hold of me to let me know.

Everything went smoothly. Ordered a pack of Davidoff gold cigarettes, Sobranie Black & Djarum cigarillos. Received them without a scratch. Most trustable site there is.

They pack the cigarettes like Narcos pack cocaine. The wrap your cigarettes with a bunch of plastic and put a label on it. You wonder why then all your packages get confiscated once they arrive at customs...
