Absolute joke of a company, I have sat two tests now and both times I have such a bad experience with not only the company but the tests. I have spent so much money on different practise papers including using their website for their own practise to find that they want you to remember something you read very briefly, the assumption here and what i have learnt is that you somehow need to remember absolutely everything that you read. Put it this way I am qualified to drive class 1 lorries 44 tonne killing machines - 4 tests - Passed very difficult but no where NEAR the extent of this, at least with the 4 tests I did they were relevant in conjunction to the practise I did. Not only this but CII never answer their phone or reply to any email. I have no idea whether there is another way I can obtain my qualifications but if it is through CII it seems very bleak at the moment. PS in case you are wondering yes I did pass both exams I just wanted to come on here and express my frustration at how poor these tests are

Received subscription notice, paid it only to receive a reminder a fortnight later. Helpful lady at CII found the payment and emailed to say it had been corrected, Today another few days passed, I received a text to say my membership will lapse tomorrow. Have been a member for over 50 years and never experienced anything like it from them before. What is happening there these days?
