Order 196242

Order was claimed collected on the 17th of this month by Evri . The package has been missing since then . Evri are renowned for having couriers that steal packages .
I’ve contacted these guys at Cinstrum several times asking for a refund was speaking to Thomas kuiper and he just skated around my issue with a generic message that didn’t even address my issue .
Now they are dragging there heals with my refund . I’ve literally asked 5 times for a refund as the package is definitely lost . I’ve even added proof from Evri that states it’s lost .
First thing Monday I’m contacting PayPal and will be opening a case against this guy .
He obviously does not want to return my money . Maybe a legal case will change his mind . And after reading other reviews this guys items are counterfeit

Vorsicht bei dieser Seite, es werden dort Markenschuhe aus China verkauft. Bin selber dort reingefallen wollte die Schuhe zurücksenden es wurde nur gesagt der Versandweg dauert zu lange und man könnte mir 25% erstatten.. hab mich direkt an Pay Pal gewandt.
