Given that the idea of the cruise is to view the lights of Manhattan at night from the comfort of the inside of the vessel, someone has thought it's a good idea to deck out the inside of the vessel with Xmas lights and trees. Guess what happens...all you can see is the reflection of the Xmas lights on the windows, some of which are fogged up anyway, and very little of the Manhattan lights. Go out in the sub zero temperature however and the view is spectacular! Easy solution Circle Line, turn off the Xmas lights during the cruise.

We recently did the Harbor Lights evening cruise around NYC harbor and the Statue of Liberty. The commentator was funny and knowledgeable and the whole experience was good. We got up super close to the statue of liberty and enjoyed stunning views of the city sky line. The boat was very busy and the bar relatively expensive but all in all it was a nice evening.

Ganz schlimm. Wir waren auf einem relatv leeren Schiff. 2,5 Stunden. Wir setzten uns und das Schiff fuhr los. Vor uns war ein Gang zum WC. Davir stellte eine Dame einen Mann im Rollstuhl, direkt in den Gang - das sind in Deutschland frei zu haltende Notfallwege. Sie blieb daneben stehen und fing an einen Film zu machen. Auf unsere Bitte sich zu setzen keine Reaktion. Auf unsere Beschwerde bei der Crew keine Reaktion. Ich habe mich dann durwkt vor ihr hingestellt. Auf Grund ihrer Beschwerde wurde ich sehr rüde aufgefordert mich hin zu setzen. Eine weitere 1/4 Stunde später wurde die Dame dann zum sitzen aufgefordert. Wir haben von 2,5 Stunden ca. 40 nin den Rücken gesehen. Dafpr so viel Geld. Nein geht deutlich schöner freundlicher mit NYC Ferries. Wir denken dies war eine klare Aktion von Ausländerfeindlichkeit.
