This is a short note to compliment you on the Facet Guilloche watch. I had the Facet petrol version on my short list, until I saw this watch in your email. Seeing this watch and its very limited quantity forced me to pull the trigger. It is more beautiful when handling it in person. I am familiar with Mr. Benzinger's work through seeing his watches on watchbuys.com. The dial is a work of art. I also like the contrasting white minute track around the rehaut and date window at 6. Facet is the right name for this watch. The combination of polishing and brushing on the case and bracelet causes the watch to shimmer in any light. The bracelet has all of the bells and whistles that enthusiasts like me request; with its quick release and on the fly micro adjustments. The additional suede strap is a nice bonus. I'm still looking for a watch in petrol. The new Prosea looks like a likely candidate, but that will come later.

This watch and watchmaker provide excellent value for your money. Actually spoke with the CEO at a watch show that I went to specifically to see this watch in-person before purchase. The watches displayed were all excellent and Mr. Huber was extremely gracious and professional, you could tell that he really cares about each watch his company sells. He did not have the exact dial color and bracelet combination with him that I wanted, but I was able to order it through him while there on a Sunday, with a small discount that he offered for doing so, and my watch arrived, from Germany to my house in upstate NY, the Friday after. I can confidently state that; at this price point you will not find a watch with better quality, or with the features that enhance durability, that this watch exhibits. I am extremely impressed and if I am ever in need of a watch with similar required features I will confidently purchase from Circula Watches again, as no other watchmaker can compete on those points.

Great products at fair prices and all customs and duties are taken care of in the price - no hassle for the consumer. Personalized replies from Cornelius made the buying experience a pleasure. I bought a DiveSport with a titanium bezel and bracelet, and a black dial. I bought the beige dial ProTrail with a bracelet just last month. Both watches are accurate to within +/- 5 seconds per day in multiple positions, according to my Time Grapher. Excellent! Thank you, Cornelius!

Marvellous communication with Cornelius, good feedback and clarification throughout all the process. But above all, a great product, beautiful, precise, endurance and absolutely fantastic.

The watch is well built, has pleasing style touches, and the 3-6-9-12 dial of the Black LE is very readable.

I returned the watch because it did not fit my wrist or wearing preferences due to the protruding case back.

Circula was very gracious and understanding in processing my return. They also told me that the Protrail non-DLC case has been reworked for a comfort fit and to be 1mm thinner. This reworked case is coming to the black DLC series in the future.

Some thoughts after a week of wearing with the sailcloth strap:
The design has great attention to detail such as the patches of pebbled finish on the sides of the case and the ‘pop’ of lume on the logo on the crown.
The dial design is a clean and modern take on the classic radium-yellow numerals on black theme. The inset center with the grooves on the numeral ring provide depth and subtle visual interest.
The sailcloth strap is understated, and handsome.
The anti-magnetic resistance was a big selling point for me since I work around strong magnets. While I did not test this feature, it was a comfort to know it was there.

The watch felt really tall on my wrist because the case back protrudes below the plane of the lugs. As a result, the heavy watch was prone to sliding/rotating. My wrist is 7-7.25” and I prefer a snugger fit on my watches. The tall case back may not be an issue for people who have broader/deeper flats in their wrists or who like a looser wear. I also cannot comment on the fit with the bracelet. I only wore the watch on the strap, as is my wearing preference.
