Great service. Driver was there waiting at the airport. He communicated where he was and what time ge would be there. Would 100 % use them again

Driver was friendly. But price changed to original advertised as they said they didn't have enough drivers. The driver was also late and his driving was quite chaotic on roads.

Booking process was easy however a driver wasn't available at that rate and I had to pay an additional 50 euro to secure a booking. The driver met us on time at the allocated location however his driving skills were not 100%. He missed a turn off to the airport and had to get off the motorway and back track, then he continually drifted across lanes. We felt unsafe!

Whole experience was smooth and easy, driver was so kind and polite, we landed in the early hours of the morning and the whole process was perfect. Will definitely be using again

Arrived in Lisbon Airport and our driver had made contact to let me know he was waiting, drove us to our destination, was very friendly and helpful. Equally as good on our return journey to airport. Great service will definitely use this company again.

Due to the Royals being in town parking around Edinburgh Waverley was tight. When we were a little late our driver had to leave but City Airport Taxis called right away and got us another driver immediately.

A very smooth experience all the way from booking, pick-up and driving. Will definitely use City Airport Taxis again!

All went well. Booked online and paid the week before travelling. Got emails and WhatsApp messages to confirm pick up times and driver details. Very responsive to messages - the return leg was from a remote area and I was able to share location directly with the taxi driver which worked well and negated any language barriers. I will definitely use them again. My journey was Bergen Airport / Bergen.

Our EasyJet flight was cancelled due to bad weather when we arrived at our departure airport. We lost the total booking cost - 93.44 euros- of pur pick up from Gatwick to West London. The reason given was because the booking was amended with less than 24 hours notice. City Airport supplier UK Airport Rides Ltd refused to refund the money or rearrange pick up. Beware of using City Airport Taxi service or UK Airport Taxi Rides.

I am writing this so that no one else makes the mistake I did.

I booked a pre-paid airport transfer with City Airport Taxis — operated by Junaid Travel London Ltd, trading as London Premium Transfer (TFL licence 11805) — for a 3:00am pickup from Leatherhead, KT22, to London Heathrow Airport.

No car came.

No call came either. Not from the driver. Not from the dispatcher. Not from anyone.

When I eventually chased the company myself — standing outside in the early hours of the morning, trying to catch a flight — I was told by the dispatcher that the driver couldn't start the car. That was it. That was the explanation. The driver couldn't start the car, didn't bother to call me, and apparently no one in the organisation thought to pick up the phone and warn a paying customer that they were about to be abandoned.

Let that sink in. A professional, pre-booked, pre-paid airport transfer service — and not a single person called me.

## What Happened Next

When I complained and demanded a refund and compensation, the company processed the refund — the bare legal minimum they were obligated to provide — and then offered me a *discount on a future booking*.

A discount. On a future booking. With the same company that had just left me stranded at 3am.

I told them exactly what I thought of that offer and made clear I would be posting this exchange publicly. Their response was silence.

## Who This Affects

If you are travelling for business — if you have a flight to catch, a meeting to make, a deal on the line — do not trust this company with your airport transfer. A 3am no-show with zero communication is not a minor inconvenience. It is a complete and total failure of a service that exists for precisely one purpose: to get you to the airport on time.

The driver didn't wake up. No one called. And when challenged, the company's idea of compensation was a voucher to use again with them.

I won't be. And after reading this, I hope you won't either.

The driver never showed up!!! He didn't answer our calls or messages and neither did the emergency number at City Airport Taxis. We were completely left in trouble trying to catch the flight. Money has not been refunded even if I've requested several times.

J'ai réservé un transfert aéroport JFK → Manhattan pour des clients voyageant à l'international. Comme c'est fréquent pour ce type de vol, l'immigration et la récupération des bagages ont pris plus de temps que prévu.
Le chauffeur a patienté plus de 2 heures (au-delà des 60 minutes "gratuites" prévues), ce qui est tout à son honneur. Mais au moment de la réservation, aucune heure de prise en charge n'était demandée — seulement le numéro de vol — ce qui laisse penser que le service est censé s'adapter aux conditions réelles d'arrivée.

Quand mes clients n'ont pas pu joindre le chauffeur à temps, j'ai moi-même appelé le numéro d'urgence indiqué sur leur propre e-ticket (qui précise explicitement que ce numéro doit être utilisé en cas de retard à l'immigration). On m'a répondu qu'il n'était pas possible d'étendre le délai, et que mes clients devaient prendre un taxi à leurs frais.
Après plus d'un mois et de nombreux échanges avec leur service client, ils ont catégoriquement refusé tout remboursement des 120$ de taxi, invoquant une politique de non-remboursement, sans jamais répondre à la contradiction entre leurs instructions (contacter le chauffeur après la douane) et leur clause de 60 minutes décomptées dès l'atterrissage.

Je déconseille à toute agence ou client réservant un transfert aéroport international via cette plateforme, en particulier pour des vols intercontinentaux où les délais douaniers sont la norme.

The taxis were on time and the drivers very courteous. I must compliment the driver who took us from Pescheira to Bergamo.
I left my phone in his car by mistake and after phoning him 5 minutes later he came back to the airport with the phone which was a great relief to me.

I had a great experience with a private shuttle from Malpensa to Aosta. The driver was very polite, friendly, and punctual, the car was clean, the drive was smooth. Everything perfect.
