The driver was prompt and arrived a few minutes before scheduled pick up time! The service was professional and when we arrived to Barcelona AirPort, it was raining so he made sure to get us as close as he could to the entrance! Enjoyed the prompt, professional service!

It was a circus! We booked a Mercedes E-class or similar to transfer from Malpensa (Milan) to Zermatt. Instead, we were met with a dirty van that smelt of cigarette smoke. Part of the van's rear was held together with tape. When we reached the customs post, the Italian border officials refused to let the driver enter Switzerland, for reasons we don't fully understand. After sitting in the cold for over an hour, a taxi arrived to drive us to Zermatt. We had to pay for the taxi. A company representative was very rude to the hotel owner. The company is yet to respond to my complaint. Avoid this service at all costs!

Great communications from the driver Antonio who was friendly and helpful. The vehicle was superb, so comfortable. The 30 mins journey to our destination was a relaxing pleasure after a 10 hour flight.

Return transfers were great.
Driver waiting at the airport for our party on arrival and on time for return pick-up. We requested to add another passenger on the return leg and that was accommodated without any problem.
Vehicles were roomy and comfortable. Communication from driver Julien was first class. Excellent service and would definitely book again.

The transfer service provided by City Airport Taxis was exemplary, we were delayed coming through passport control and the driver kept in touch through out the process. Both our cars were pristine and the drivers were very friendly. I would highly reccommend using this company and I will be sure to use them again in the future.

Easy booking process. The company communicated with us well prior to arrival. Introduction made via WhatsApp provided to ensure we could contact our driver directly. We were given instructions with pictures as to where we met our driver who was on time. Our driver was incredibly friendly and the car was great. He had even put a bottle of water in for us which was a nice touch. Took the hassle out of navigating taxis on arrival would definitely recommend.

De chauffeur was al we gereden 1 minuut voor dat wij naar buiten liepen.
Bij contact met de centrale moesten wij een nieuwe rit aanvragen voor een hogere tarief terwijl we al betaald hadden voor terugreis.

Easy to book, adaptable even for a large group, and a comfortable service for traveling between Rome and the airport. The driver was helpful and friendly. The only downside: it's a bit pricey to reserve a booster seat for children under 10. (But that’s not worth taking off a star.)

Used City Airport Taxis a few times now and they are always brilliant, on-time, friendly and very professional. Can't fault them, highly recommended
