City Removals レビュー

the team were friendly, reliable. They made the moving process very simple -- and the central office was available when needed by phone. 100% recommend them

Alex and George were fantastic. They took care with all of our belongings, communicated clearly, worked efficiently and made us feel like everything was going to go well... and it did! Everything arrived without issue into the right rooms. They were thoughtful and offered suggestions whilst listening to all of our requests. Would 100% recommend City Removals, they took the stress away from our moving day!

City Removals recently completed a major house move for us. Every single one of the guys was brilliant and the team made a challenging day go smoothly. They took excellent care of our belongings, dismantling furniture, reassembling it faultlessly, and were courteous and super-helpful. I found them through a recommendation and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The two men who came from City Removals to transfer my and my wife's possessions did an outstanding job. I admired their professionalism, care and efficiency. It went very well.

I congratulate City Removals on a job well done.

We had such a fantastic experience with City Removals! From start to finish, the team was efficient, reliable, and incredibly professional. Everyone was also so friendly, which made the whole process so much less stressful.

The real highlight was their problem-solving skills – our sofa didn’t fit through the doorway at first, but instead of giving up, they used real out-of-the-box thinking to find a solution. We were so impressed with their determination and creativity.

I couldn’t recommend City Removals more highly – if you’re looking for a removal company that goes above and beyond, this is the one to choose!

City Removals are a well organised and efficient company. They provided sufficient packing materials and their crew arrived promptly on the time and day scheduled. They also assisted with the final stages of packing and delivered all of the items safely. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the second time we are working with City Removals (one moving intra London and one moving London to the Netherlands). They have provided fast, competitive and detailed quote. The team is very friendly, polite and punctual. They are well equipped and they took great care of our furniture. We recommend this company !

Excellent service, book with them n advance with plenty of notice and they are very flexible.

They do not try to upsell anything and very happy to do what you need. We asked for a flat to house move with boxing up service. All items looked after with great care and they know how to treat each item with care such as moving a piano.

Extremely professional and made the stress of moving as stress free as possible as at no point did I have to worry about them or their service.

Will defiantly use them again and I know friends of mine have used them as repeat customers and I can see why.

Thank you to the team for making the move smooth and stress free

All of it - communication, very efficient, very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't let us do a thing... Brilliant will definitely use them again.

The 3 men and 2 vans arrived at the specified time of 8.00 am and started work immediately. They were there to pack my Kitchen and my bedroom but I had sorted the rest. They dismantled 2 Ikea wardrobes and a small garden box. They were very polite and did not stop the whole of the time they were with me. We then went to the new address and they re-assembled the items in the room where they were needed and efficiently worked until all was unpacked and then took the boxes that were theirs and we had emptied. I would highly recommend this company for their efficiency and friendly approach throughout the whole of the move. They made things so very pleasant and took away a lot of the stress that I was expecting.

Great service from a friendly outfit. Really accommodating too as we chopped and changed dates for moving due to incompetent chain.

Such a brilliant job done - in a heat wave!

Sebastian and his colleague (sincere apologies I forgot his name - even after asking and checking the spelling) did such a brilliant job. They arrived a little early and weren't at all phased that I was still packing. They could work around me with furniture and everything that was ready to go. They listened and were very understanding about some boxes and being fragile/needed lifting in certain ways. They had all the materials needed for the TV, to wrap drawers etc and even some extra boxes which was so helpful when a few items still needed to be packed.

They got everything packed perfectly into the van - fit like a glove.

At the new place, even though it was the hottest bit of the day, in a heat wave and up a flight of stairs they worked quickly and efficiently to get everything in, all furniture placed where I asked, and furniture build built in no time at all.

I couldn't believe it when they were all done at just how quickly they'd done it all!

SO happy with such a brilliant, efficient and friendly service - can highly recommend City Removals. Especially if like me you're anxious about your belongings and the stress of a move - they made it so much easier. THANK YOU!

Once again, super smooth & quick move with the City Removal team.
They are extremely professional, it’s the 3rd time we use them and they never disappoint. We highly recommend them!

We’re very happy with the service provided by Alex and the team. We were moving on an extremely hot day. CITY REMOVALS team has came in the morning on time with 3 trucks and 5 people. They are very professional, organised, reliable, and polite throughout the entire move. Everything was handled with care and efficiency, making what could have been a stressful day go very smoothly. Please pass on our thanks to the whole team — highly recommended!

We got the full packing service as well as the removals. All were excellent. The guys were so efficient that they had completed the tasks on each day by noon and everything was very carefully packed and labelled. Happy to recommend.

City Removals were fantastic from start to finish.

The initial video call was thorough and the quote was clear. Any questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Throughout the planning process they were very responsive and friendly. Boxes arrived with plenty of time for us to pack ahead of the moving date.

On the day the two guys arrived bang on time, and were incredibly quick at packing the van but took great care with our belongings. We felt in safe hands. And they were also great when we arrived at the new flat, unloading and bringing boxes up to our flat with speed and care.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for a house/flat removal.

Crew on time, very polite and professional. It has been one of the smoothest move out I have done in years ( and I have done a lot).
Thanks again to them.

The whole move went very smoothly. We were worried about the amount of stuff we had to move but were quickly assured by the removal guys that it wouldn't be a problem. They brought extra boxes and bubble wrap just in case which for us was lucky as we did need them. Everything was in order at our destination and items were unpacked carefully and considerately. Overall very happy and would recommend them to friends and family.

A personable representative came round to assess our needs and provided a written quote. Our house move then fell through and when we were ready to move again, we simply had to have a video call showing all previously assessed areas of the house to see how/if the quote needed to be revised.

The actual movers worked like the clappers all day. Fast, efficient, professional and careful. Thank you all, especially our amazing movers, Sergiu and Konstantin (we hope we are accurate in our spellings).

Very reasonable quote followed up with excellent, efficient service. Prompt, arrived with enough people and 2 vans. Had to pick up from 2 locations and deliver to another. V well coordinated and all done by lunchtime. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended
