Mohammad came out to look at our boiler for a repair (on a Tuesday) through insurance. While he was here the first time I asked for a quote for installation of a new boiler as ours was pushing 13 years. He provided two very reasonable quotes significantly less than any I’d found online. He also said he would be able to install it within the week. By 4pm on the Thursday the installation was complete. Both Mohammad and his colleague were polite and knowledgable throughout the install. Will be calling them again if ever needed.

Mohammed carried out the required gas safety check on our rental property this week. He responded quickly and was helpful and courteous. Despite being busy (always a good sign) he was flexible to fit in with the limited access times for the property. Recommended.

What can I say, Mohammed and his colleague were absolutely brilliant. They have just been round and replaced an old gravity fed system with a combi boiler which is absolutely brilliant - the shower has gone from a drip to a power shower! Excellent customer service and people skills. I really cannot praise their work highly enough.

City Gas have serviced our boiler a few times and I was happy to engage them to install the new combi boiler when it was needed. Mohammed provides a first-class service - quick, efficient and friendly. The website shows clear pricing and sets out the options, in addition they are good at discussing individual requirements. Called Mohammed late on a Sunday night and explained the problem I had with my boiler. He was very helpful and arranged a prompt call out with me. When Mohammed arrived he was highly professional, and explained everything to me and throughly checked for a problem however he found everything to be ok. We woke up to no hot water and heating this morning (Saturday) im a private tenant. my landlord ask if I could sort an engineer to get sorted.
I looked on google maps on phone using boiler repairs and I seen CITY GAS BOILER REPAIRS
and phoned (Mohammed)
He was on another job at the time but I give him a brief description of the problem
He told me he would get to me in between jobs he told me the call out fee and what would happen if I require any parts (which I didn’t need)
I dont usually leave reviews but after the service I have just had.
I felt Mohammed and his assistant want above and beyond
He even had a look at my bedroom radiator that wasn’t working and got it working.
