City Grounds showed me what real customer service looks like.
To be honest, the issue I ran into was not originally their fault, but as a frustrated customer, I made it their problem anyway. I was upset, used language I should not have used, and even accused them of being a scam. Through all of that, their team stayed calm, listened to me, and kept treating me with respect when I did not exactly make it easy.
What meant the most to me was that they accepted my apologies more than once and continued working the issue instead of brushing me off. They took the time to understand that this was not just about a bike part or an order problem, it was costing me time with my son, and that mattered to me. Once they realized there was a real issue, they stepped up and did what they could to make it right.
That kind of patience and professionalism is rare. City Grounds did not just solve a problem, they helped turn around a bad situation I had let spiral, and they did it with grace. I genuinely appreciate Colin and the team for sticking with me, and for giving me hope that maybe a 41-year-old man can still go pro one day.

RIPOFF COMPANY
My son bought a replacement wheel for his CrewDart ebike. Once received, we realized it was V2 and not V2.1
I went ahead and re-ordered the correct model and shipped back (cost me $150) the first v2 wheel.
Finally got a hold of someone after a month of it being returned, and they will not refund us. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. They offered to ship it back to us but it would cost another $150.
So far, I'm out $500 and have nothing to show for it.
