I’ve been a loyal customer since this parking lot first opened. And today 1/30/2024 EDISON (Supervisor) made me feel very uncomfortable at 11 o’clock at night. I am a monthly parking customer and I park my car here which is not even close to my house. Being that the area isn’t the safest I take a Uber home after leaving my car because it’s extremely dark. It was 28 degrees outside and I decided to wait in my car that I pay for until my Uber came. Edison took it upon hisself to yell and tell me to “Get out the car, and that he doesn’t care that I’m waiting for my Uber”. He then proceeded to say “so what go & come back then”. I then said to him is this how you speak to your loyal customers, that are enrolled into monthly parking ? Edison is very inconsiderate and I hope that he doesn’t have any kids, because I would hate for someone to talk to his daughter the way he did me. I understand that this is a business, but be considerate knowing that I am a young black female just trying to get home safely. There's plenty of times I come there and I have to wait 20 mins to receive my car after sending a text an 1hr or 2 prior. I will call corporate about this matter & whoever his manager is because that his no way you talk to any individual, and I hope he’s being truthful about his name because I’m sure that facility has cameras. I will make sure corporate and managers know about this matter. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE & WITH HIS ATTITUDE THEY WILL LOOSE ALOT OF BUSINESS.
