Excellent service - Friendly and efficient!
Clean garage
Good location for Lincoln Center.
Only downside - Difficult to enter when cars are parked on side of access driveway. No room for two way traffic. Someone has to back up.

Wish there had been more options available in the location that I was looking for. The garage attendant at the garage that I ended up using was very nice and my car was waiting for me at my pick up time.

I made a reservation on Wednesday November 22nd for Thursday November 23rd. Once I arrived to the parking lot they told me it is full though there is enough space. Once I insisted they let me park there. And when I came back to get my car, the billing person told me I need to pay additional $25 on top of what I already paid during reservation. They told me I need to call customer care and get a refund for the additional amount. This is outrageous. Reservation price should be honored no matter how busy you are or any event going on. After arguing for 15 mins he let me take the car. This is not only me. 3-4 customers waiting for their car infront of me experienced the same. That billing guy or manager is so rude and he is acting like he is paying from his pockets. Charge what you advertise for. Reservation means a customer has a right to get the service what he paid for during the reservation. If you want go charge more, do it while making a reservation.
