Quick, courteous, efficient

price and convenience; good service; friendly

The gentleman at the front was extremely rude. I was coming in because I had a reservation and he screamed to back up. I did and then he proceeded to tell me "We're full, you need to leave" I said I had a reservation at that location to which he said "that doesnt matter". He then told me to go to another location. Extremely rude and then told me to leave my car in an area I did not feel comfortable with. I was running very late to work so I left it but again horrible service. Will make me think twice before booking with you ever again, and even with my hospital employee discount.

Friendly attendant. Easy payment using the prepaid option. Good discount for weekends. No damage to car.

Parked overnight (05/16/25-05/17/25) in the garage located at 169 Tillary St, Brooklyn. Went to pick up our car on 05/17 around 12:30pm and the whole experience was a mess. Our car was parked in the corner of the garage behind 2 other cars so the attendant would have to move the other 2 cars before he could get ours out. That's when the issues began...

1) For some reason, the garage did not have the keys for the car parked all the way in the front. The attendant had to call the car's owner to have him come downstairs to move his car so we ended up standing around waiting for the owner for about 10-20 min.

2) Fast forward, they finally moved the 2 cars in front of our car so the attendant could finally get our car out. The attendant was backing up our car and HIT another car (back bumper to front bumper) right in front of us. When we confronted him about it, he didn't even bother apologizing and just kept saying "it wasn't a big deal" and that he "didn't hit the other car". There really was no excuse for him to hit the other car because our car has a rearview camera.. he obviously was not paying attention to either the camera OR the rearview mirror. We think he might have been HIGH because his movements were also pretty slow/delayed. Luckily, there was no damage to our car so we just left as quickly as possible but the whole experience was HORRIBLE.

The guys are always nice and it's never a long wait at either end.

Great service! Also it was cheaper to book directly with them online instead of using a secondary app like spothero. Would definitely use again!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely AWFUL staff that made us cancel our SpotHero reservation, told us to come back in, and wouldn’t let us leave until we paid their $35 fee. The most rude, unprofessional parking attendants I’ve ever come across. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This location is poorly and unprofessionally managed. I had an event nearby and purchased a parking pass in advance. When I arrived, I was stuck in a long line for over 30 minutes, only to be told by a rude attendant that there were no available spaces. When I explained that I had already paid for a pass, he dismissively told me to cancel it and leave. Absolutely unacceptable experience—complete lack of organization and customer service. Avoid this garage if you can.

The young DR man working all by himself with many cars awaiting his attention. He was pleasant and worked with immediate attention.

They over charged me $32.00 and refused to release my car.

People in the garage are generally fine. Front office admin a bunch of rude scammers. If something goes wrong watch out... They won't help you and don't care.
