City Removals East Midlands Ltd レビュー

We moved today from a flat in the city centre out to a house in Nottingham outskirt, and City Removals made a day I had been dreading into a straightforward one.

The booking was easy. I sent photos and a list of what was moving over WhatsApp and Asta came back with a clear quote the same afternoon, no survey needed. She answered everything I asked, including questions about insurance and parking, and where she could not do something she said so plainly and explained why rather than fudging it. That honesty was one of the reasons I chose them over a cheaper quote.

On the day Edig and Dave arrived a minute before the agreed time. They got straight to work, were friendly and easy to have around, and were quick without ever looking rushed or careless. We were moving into an unfurnished house so it was mostly boxes, and a good many of them were much heavier than they looked. Not one word of complaint from either of them, and they carried the lot down into the new place cheerfully.

The price was very competitive for two men and a van and the amount of work involved. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are the first people I will be pointing friends towards when they move, and they will be my first call next time we do. Thank you again to Asta, Edig and Dave.

I would highly recommend City Removals; they recently helped us move on the wettest day of the year. Access to our property is very awkward and everything needed to be carried the length of a football pitch. Drenched to the skin, the team remained cheerful, professional & very efficient throughout the day. They dismantled beds etc & reassembled them at our new home; kept our items dry in their special equipment and put matting in the house to avoid muddy footprints. Could not have done this move without them, excellent service & they were cheaper than anyone else. Thank you so much! If you’re moving house, choose City Removals- you won’t be disappointed!

What a professional team! We found them for twice, highly appreciated their work. No extra charge even in different places, very helpful when we'r stressful for moving. Definitely will find them if we upsize in the future ;)

City Removals' service, from the pre-sale stage to the actual moving day, was excellent. They responded to all my messages very quickly and were always helpful.

On the day of the move, the team arrived on time and worked incredibly hard. They were responsible, efficient, and handled all our belongings with great care. We had quite a lot to move, but they still managed to complete everything on time.

I’m very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend City Removals to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company.

From the moment asta came around to quote we knew he was who we wanted to move us. he was upfront, honest and transparent and guided us through timings and what to expect!
These guys are worth their weight in gold 🧡 they worked like champs and I can not fault anything, their dedication and pure drive to get the job completed was great! Thank you again so much we are so pleased to have choose you to move us! And to have met you guys.

We would definitely recommend this company they were incredibly efficient and patient. We moved over 4 hours south and they did it all in a day. It was as stress free as moving could be. Asta was also incredibly helpful - thanks to everyone for a great move

I would highly recommend City Removals. From the very beginning, getting a quote and arranging the booking was handled brilliantly by Asta, who was always friendly, responsive, and never pushy. The team on moving day were excellent. They arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, and worked efficiently while taking great care of my furniture and belongings.

The cost of the move was by far the best quote I received, and there were no hidden fees or unexpected changes on the day. Everything was clear and transparent from the outset.

Thank you to the whole team for making my move go so smoothly and stress-free.

I wouldn't hesitate to use City Removals again and would happily recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Everything went very smoothly and the guy's were extremely professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend City Removals East Midlands. Thier price was also very competitive.

The removal staff were punctual, polite and worked quickly. Excellent service. Thank you.

Fantastic experience using City Removals. Asta was just lovely, she helped book us in and provided detailed information on what to expect, she even allowed us to pencil in our date prior to exchange, which no other company would do for me. The removal team were professional yet lighthearted and enthusiastic, they even cracked a few jokes which were so welcome in such a stressful situation. Any awkward furniture was tackled with ease and the whole house was emptied quickly and carefully. Would definitely recommend!

Asta and his team responded promptly, arrived on time, and moved very swiftly. They dissembled and assembled my ottoman beds smoothly. They handled the furniture with care.

Fantastic service! The team moved us from Nottingham to Leeds and did an incredible job — even working through pouring rain and a storm without complaint. Everything was handled with care, efficiently packed and unloaded, and the price was excellent for the quality of service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, hard-working, and professional removals company!

Efficient, friendly, careful.

Two friendly hardworking guys. Nothing too much trouble. Very satisfied.

Amazing team that has completed the job up to the highest possible standard.

The guys from city removals are always punctual and very professional, we've used them.3 times now and wouldn't use anyone else. Full house move to derby and not one thing broke or damaged.
So definitely choose these guys.

We were so impressed with the team here. Excellent communication from the start and always on time. Good Prices. The 3 man team on the day were effective, self sufficient and friendly. No damages in a 4 bed house move, which was a plus. Would highly recommend

Great team, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly team and made what can be a stressful time a lot less stressful.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! They were recommended to us by family members who had recently moved and I'm so glad we went with them too.

The service was excellent from start to finish. They were quick to visit us for an initial quotation, extremely responsive over email to answer all of our questions, and were patient when we were going back and forth to discuss their availability for potential completion dates.

Moving day itself with 3 members of their team helping us was a breeze. We were gobsmacked at how quick and efficient they were at packing up our old house and unloading everything into the new one. They took care in how they loaded the vans, appropriately wrapping items such as the fridge/freezer, sofas, TV and mattress to avoid anything being scuffed or damaged. Where items weren't labelled they checked where things needed to go instead of just dumping items in rooms at random. They even dismantled and rebuilt a tricky treadmill for us to get it from A to B.

Aside from their super strength and speed, they were really friendly guys and it was a pleasure to have them help us move into our new home.

As a rule of thumb, we'd always prefer recommendations over price when it comes to getting a reliable service, but they were even competitive financially so they really do tick all the boxes of an outstanding removals company.

A huge thanks to Asta and the team!

Very friendly and professional. Did an excellent job, and we're very efficient. Competitive prices too. Would definitely recommend them
