Just to clarify, your reservation was booked as a round-trip service in our system, and we sent the chauffeur’s information to you the day before the scheduled pickup. It appears there was a misunderstanding when dispatch was contacted and the trip was described as one-way, which caused some confusion.

We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced during the pickup. We have reviewed the situation with the driver, Ahmed Youssef, regarding the evening of your return. He explained that due to extremely heavy traffic and rain at Passenger Pickup #3, he initially waited at #2 to avoid delaying you further. However, we recognize that this caused confusion, and we are sorry for that inconvenience.

We also want to apologize for the miscommunication regarding the heater and the unfortunate incident with the suitcase. While the driver mentioned that the heavy rain made it difficult to hear the initial request, he should have confirmed the instruction immediately. Furthermore, we hold our drivers to a high standard of care with luggage; we are sorry that a bag fell, and we are relieved that your friend was not hurt.

We are using this feedback to remind our team that clear communication and extreme care with luggage are non-negotiable, regardless of traffic or weather conditions. We hope you will consider giving us another chance to provide the seamless experience you deserve.

Let me be clear about what happened, so there is no confusion. We are a Limo & Car Service company with a strong reputation. Over 100+ executive chauffeur and 200+ affiliates contract trust us because we have a simple rule: you do the job professionally, you get paid immediately. You mess up the customer's event, you are responsible.

We gave a very important job to affiliate NYC Ultimate Party Bus, owned by Erwin. This was not just any job; it was a customer who trusted us with a special occasion. What did Erwin do? He messed it up. Completely. The service was unreliable and unprofessional. Because of his failure, we had to issue a full refund to the customer. We did not hold back. We put the customer first, like we always do.

Now, instead of taking responsibility for his own failure, Erwin is making excuses. He is trying to blame our company and damage our good name. "He even added two fake reviews from his other profiles just to damage our standing." Let me tell you something: our track record is clean because we protect our customers from unreliable providers. When an affiliate fails the customer, they fail us.

We did not lose this customer because of City Sky Limousine. We lost them because Erwin's company failed to deliver the service they promised. The refund came from their pocket because of his mistake, and now he is trying to avoid the consequences.

We stand by our policy. We stand by our customers. And we will not let the unprofessional actions of one affiliate tarnish the trust we have built with hundreds of others and thousands of satisfied customers.
