Good Helpful Delivery
Courier CW52 alerted me he was on his way, arrived as said, then was extra-helpful in the rain by carrying in bags of cement and putting them in my shed for me.

Steve was our delivery man today and what a lovely man he is! So polite & friendly, a real credit to your business. Probably the nicest delivery man I’ve ever met if I’m honest. Got regular updates regarding delivery which was great. Brilliant service and will 100% be using your company again.

Courier went above and beyond.
Courier was polite, courteous and went out of his way to deliver the items in the space I had reserved for the delivery. Without his assistance I would have had a much more difficult task.

Successful Delivery by CitySprint on behalf of Wickes
I had three fencing panels, a garden incinerator and compost delivered today by a lovely helpful man (CW08). The accurate tracker system helped me prepare for the delivery and when it arrived it was placed where I needed it to go. This man had a nice cheerful attitude, and was extremely fast too. Assume it was from Gatwick location as the tracker said East Grinstead.

Very good delivery service
Easy to track, on time, no damage and great service on arrival. The driver, Steve, carried the large items into the garden.

Fantastic delivery
Steve waited for us to get the door patiently, and then delivered the heavy bags exactly where we wanted them to go, advising us to be careful as the weight varies if they are wet, so we won’t hurt ourselves later moving them. Don’t normally leave a review for a delivery, but this was well above normal.
Not sure if it helps, but on the card he left, there was code CW05.
