Poor service
Paid for delivery of my parcel at next day expected 6-10pm - according to the tracking info, a delivery attempt was made at 553pm however no phone call or door bell was rung to inform me of an attempt to deliver. There was no option on the tracking website to have the delivery rearranged. Eventually went through the original seller and they managed to arrange a redelivery that I was unaware was happening the same day with no email update to inform me. Informed by a not very polite courier via mobile that the buzzer wasn’t working and he would be unable to come to my front door as he was parked on a residential street(?) and as a result I would have to come and collect the parcel from him despite being in the middle of nursing a child. Not exactly the service I would expect from a service I paid a considerable fee to use for a parcel delivered a week late.
