Had Garry deliver my order again today. He’s delivered to me often and he’s always polite and helpful. My order is always heavy (bags of compost) and large quantities. He’s so helpful and efficient and really polite. My deliveries are always on time and never damaged. Great service, thank you so much Garry.

Excellent Service every time
Delivery arrived right on time. Delivery man Garry NE14 always friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Placed all the heavy bags of compost, wood chippings etc exactly where I needed them. I can’t tell you how much this is appreciated at my age. 👵🏻 Excellent 5* Service. Thank you 😊

Great customer service
Great customer service. I ordered some building materials from Wickes to be delivered. I received a text from CitySprint a informing me of my delivery date and time slot. On the day od delivery I received a text with a link to track to delivery. I was able to carry on with other things, reassured that I would not miss the delivery as I could track where the delivery van was. It was delivered to my garden by a very pleased chap. Well done City Sprint.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, Garry delivered a very heavy sleeper for my garden and six bags of top soil, he carried them all round the back of my property for me.

Garry NE14 was a superb ambassador. He was friendly, helpful and a good guy. Gave faith that not all couriers remember that customers are humans.

Flawless delivery
Arrived really early and delivered everything fast. Everything was explained to me by John very clearly and thoroughly and he was really friendly to chat to.

Always friendly and helpful. Particularly given most of my deliveries are bulky/heavy and have to go up six or so steps. Top job.

10/10 every time
This is about the 4th delivery from Wickes and this driver. Always arrives in a timely manner and very approachable. Defo recommend Wickes based on my last few experiences. Chaos name Garry NE14
