Nice one MARTIN NR42 A great delivery driver. Some drivers I've bumped into over years have been pure garbage, not Martin. Helpful, happy all round great man. Give him a pay rise.

The company are always here at the time…
The company are always here at the time they have arranged. They are very polite and helpful and accommodating if they find you to not be in at the time arranged and will do best to deliver at a different time.

WICKES Delivery by MARTIN NR42
I have a delivery delivered by MARTIN NR42, brilliantly handled, with care and finesse.
Also gave me storage information about my delivery and "do's and don'ts". For someone who doesn't have many people who can lend a hand or advice, it's really helpful to have someone be so kind.

A brilliant service which saves me a 50 mile round trip to the hospital pharmacy.
I am notified as to when to expect the delivery. They always keep to the expected time frame. All the drivers are friendly and respectful. They ensure that the prescription is correct for my husband before handing it over. Jason PA33 was our driver today. Excellent as always.

Appalling service
Your tracking still doesn't work properly. There's never an agent available either. Since you've started to charge for Wickes delivery your service has gone down hill

This is the second time we have had NEIL NR79 deliver my husband's medication very polite well with in the time slot that we were given text message the day before is a very good so that we can make arrangements to be home to receive the medication
