Abysmal
Abysmal, failed to deliver , no updates, impossible to contact and employ possibly the most unintelligent chat bot/AI available.
I would recommend no one use this service.
It was a delivery booked with Wickes and I can only say their staff were first rate but City Sprint are appalling how they have five stars on here I will never know, bogus reviews perhaps as their ratings elsewhere are more in line with my experience!

Zsolt was fantastic - called me when 5 minutes away and bought 12 large bags of bark in for me which I would have struggled to do on my own. Great service and so much better than 2 years ago

Excellent service. Zsolt/R029 rang 5 minutes before delivery and was very kind to place the heavy order where I needed it. He was very friendly and efficient.

From a bad start to a great delivery
First delivery was cancelled due to the driver phoning in sick. We weren’t informed until 5 minutes before the delivery window closed - so the experience didn’t start well
However, the courier we had today was fantastic. Very happy to help, chatty and a great role model for CitySprint. A very can-do attitude and as a result would use the service again. Thanks Zsolt / R029
