The delivery service is excellent and my courier driver X654 is always polite and happy and always makes conversation.

Augustus (SF83) was incredibly friendly and took great care delivering my new work laptop safely.

The driver, Augustus (sf83) was so friendly and helpful. I was dreading my delivery and collection after previous experience. The driver was incredibly polite despite my neighbours feeling the need to watch every move he was making. He is a credit to you.

Augustus (SF83) was very helpful and friendly.

Just had a delivery by James lifted 3x40 kg bags of sand effortlessly.If I could leave 6 stars I would in an instant, this company and all who work there are the Platinum standard for deliveries.My vocabulary is insufficient to do justice to this organisation nothing was too much trouble. It is without a doubt that this company and all employees will go on to greatness.From customer service to delivery it was outstanding .Thank you all very much

You didn't send me a texted message, yo let me know what sort of time it was arriving. So I had to stay in all day, so I didn't miss you.

Went above and beyond. I wasn’t in and I totally forgot about the delivery. I needed my tablets urgently so the driver delivered them to my grandmas house which was 5 minutes away from the original address. Nobody else would have done this so thanks driver 654!

If there was a zero that’s exactly what this company would get. For everyone who moans about Evri etc, you will have something to moan about using this lot & especially any contact with the Sheffield office. Here’s my experience: received txt telling me items ordered would be delivered in a 4 hour window.. fine, ok. Half an hour before the 4 hour window was up and after waiting in I dared to go to the loo..imagine needing to do that as a human eh? The phone rang I went to pick it up but it rang off. Put it down whilst washing hands and it rang again but then stopped. So the number left on my phone was
0114 399 0348. Called them, had to go through choosing options to speak to someone & got a very rude, patronising man on the other end who would not listen to what I was trying to say, talking over me and just repeating that it would have been the courier trying to let me know that they were on their way until I could get a word out & pointed out that they could also be calling because they are having difficulty finding the address. Yes, you can’t respond to a couriers directly if they call you as City Sprint’s system records the couriers telephone numbers as their main office number, so by the time you speak to anyone it’s too late. The man on the phone then said they would ring the courier and ask them to call me and for me to stay by the phone (as I had done for the previous 4 hours). No calls back to me whatsoever and an hour and 40 minutes later & after the items should have arrived (so waited in for over 5 hours), I rang the office to ask where the items were. I was asked to wait on the line until they looked into it but then found myself having been put through to the courier who was equally as dismissive. I then spoke to the Sheffield office again as I had to ring back to speak to them who admitted they had put me through to the courier by mistake but they won’t be delivering after all now and if I wanted a delivery the next day, to go back onto the retailers website & re-order and pay again for the order in full & their service would try again the next day! Not a chance .. having spent over £100 who has another £100 spare to keep reordering because of their poor service and then having to wait for refunds for weeks. The behaviour of the man in the Sheffield office on my first call was disgraceful & patronising & City Sprint should be ashamed of themselves then with a total dismissive attitude of the courier themselves the whole experience was disgraceful. Feedback has been given to the retailer & I’ve told them too that NEVER again would I buy anything from any company using this service particularly in South Yorkshire & North Nottinghamshire area if the Sheffield office was involved. I am a very highly educated professional person who’s worked with the public and in the military for over 45 years & never have I experienced such a poor customer service. Ironic too that it’s the first of April isn’t it but this wasn’t an April fool joke.

2/4/26Update after response below: I have spoken to your Sheffield office numerous times on the day. I’ve already wasted enough of my time with your service and no more. So if you really are sorry then contact them & sort these issues out!

Great communication from city sprint about when to expect my delivery. Delivery was on time, really helpfully and carefully delivered into the house by Sam. Super impressed with the service. Thank you

Then delivered in front of schedule and nothing was too much trouble for them

Brilliant service, doesnt rush you to the door which is brilliant for disabled people who are trying to get to the door.
