Delivery arrived well within scheduled time and as always the driver was polite, helpful and friendly putting the goods exactly where I requested. A star all round!

Great service with a smile
I was able to track my delivery, which was really helpful. It came within the allotted time frame and the driver, iohut, was so friendly and helpful. He was polite and offered to help carry the soil through the house, but I was happy for it to be left just in the door. He was really happy and gave a good service.

Delivery was ahead of estimated time slot
Delivery was ahead of estimate delivery witch was very much appreciated and helpful, the delivery driver S108 was very helpful and very polite and nothing was to much trouble for him ,very pleased with the service.

Ionut (S133)
Ionut (S133), delivered compost, topsoil and manure to us today. Ionut was very friendly and stacked the items behind our garage. We have had a delivery by Ionut before and on each occasion he has been very friendly and helpful.

You sent me a delivery window between…
You sent me a delivery window between 7am and 1pm. The driver could not deliver until 2pm because of your company's delivery software. He was a super chap, helpful and positive. The organisation of the company seems poor. I wasted a morning waiting and now have lost part of the afternoon too. I should be charging you for my time. How about £200 for the extra hour after the first six? Look up professionalism in the dictionary.

Driver saves the score 😀
Initially, I was about to complain, but the driver who did deliver, Ionut/ S133 earned you a reprieve.
My delivery was supposed to arrive on Friday but didn’t. Called the 24 hour helpline, spoke to driver and product delivered first thing Saturday morning. The driver was very helpful. I know she’ll just put the previous days error down to a technical hiccup.

Heavy bag delivery
I have just had a delivery of 13 heavy bags of manure, it was on time and Ionut (s133) carried them into my back garden for me as it would have been a real problem to have moved them myself.
What an excellent service and thank you.
