An Outstanding Service
Normally I dread communicating with City Sprint, but thanks to Aleksandra Bartlomiejczuk, the Territory Executive my mind has been changed.
She was absolutely outstanding assisting an enquiry I had about the different accounts for my organisation and throughly brokedown the diiferent accounts and went above and beyond to set me up as a "super user" to manage these accounts easier. Without her I would of remained very confused about them and her knowledge of the systems was vital for me to be able to connect the different accounts and suggest easier ways to manage these accounts. Thank you for your time and everlasting support.

Delivery driver (DEV 2026) was…
Delivery driver (DEV 2026) was fantastic delivered the parcel due tomorrow at 8:30pm. He tried ringing but I missed it and then head office tried. He waited for me to travel to the office and was still very polite and pleasant. Can’t fault the service or dedication to parcel delivery.

Westley is without a doubt the best…
Westley is without a doubt the best delivery driver I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Always conscientious of the materials and carefully handles them (sometimes whole sheets of MDF by himself). Always polite and cheerful. Really you couldn’t expect more. A pleasure.

As a builder using many merchants for our materials, we have started using wickes Hinckley delivery service with city sprint a lot more due to your driver James, I know if I’m not on site he will give me a call and follow my instructions to the tea. 5* service
