The delivery was well within the allocated time slot and the driver was polite and helpful and offered to carry the items to where I wanted them.

The delivery was on time and as expected, however I have to say that Q111-Paul was absolutely fantastic! He volunteered to carry the bags of gravel to where I needed them, saving me so much time and backache! I cannot praise Paul enough.

This delivery man is always friendly…
This delivery man is always friendly even when he’s had a bad day or it’s raining. He will stack the Ecoal for me at the side of the house or put boards just inside the door of the house that helps me as I cannot lift much unlike some of his colleagues.
