The food tour in Sapporo with Shiunn was great! The process for booking the tour with City Unscripted was fairly easy online and they matched us with a tour guide quickly. She was friendly and personable, very knowledgeable about the city’s history, and responds quickly to messages. The amount of food was just right, so we weren’t feeling stuffed or hungry afterwards, and we got to experience a lot of local specialties. The places we stopped at were actually so good that we went back for more before we left Sapporo.

Knowledgeable guide, really interesting

We had a wonderful tour of the city of Oslo given by Sheenam. She was very personable & informative. She showed us the city highlights & allowed for questions & picture taking. She gave us info & directions on how to see other attractions after our tour. It was a beautiful day with a very pleasant tour guide. I highly recommend Sheenam for your next tour to Oslo.

I recently joined a walking tour of Barcelona with Anna from City Unscripted, and it was one of the highlights of my visit. I honestly can't recommend Anna highly enough. From the moment the tour started, it was obvious how passionate Anna is about Barcelona. Her enthusiasm, combined with her amazing knowledge of the city's architecture, history, culture, and art, made every stop fascinating. She has a real talent for bringing the city to life with stories and details you would never discover on your own. The time absolutely flew by; by the end, my brain was full of information, in the best possible way. Everything was engaging and interesting, delivered with genuine passion.
What really stood out was Anna's incredible attention to detail and how enjoyable the walk was. It never felt rushed; there was plenty of time to take everything in, and she made me feel welcome and involved throughout the tour.

Jimmy was amazing - he showed us both the culture and amazing food ! He also made sure we felt comfortable going out on our own after the tour and had a lot of recommendations which were so helpful!!

Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a great introduction the the city. We had limited time visiting Hamburg but feel we really got the most out of our visit with this tour.

I'm so glad we got a chance to meet Shin, such a down to earth cool fella!! If you are a rock and roll type of person he's the only one you wanna hire. Was the GM of Hard Rock cafe Japan and has receipts to prove it.

If I ever go back to Nagasaki I'll definitely wanna hang out with him again, total rockstar 🤘🗿

Deniz did an exceptional job as our driver and guide from Kiel to Lübeck. He promptly picked us from the terminal and shared his knowledge of northern Germany and Lübeck particularly. In planning for the tour he took into consideration that of our group of four required a wheelchair and that went well. We ended up in a historic seaman’s pub and restaurant with wonderful food and service. Deniz is personable, accommodating, and enjoyable to be with.

Note: Old town Lübeck is challenging for people with mobility issues due to highly set cobble stone streets and alleys and hills. In our case, it was possible because we had a strong, abled body person to push the manuel wheelchair over the areas laid with the cobblestones. Deniz’s knew the best approaches to take getting around the medieval town.

The tour was terrific and Naveen was great. My wife and I enjoyed his insightful perspective as well as the many great places he took us. We could have never seen Munich on our own with as much insight as Naveen showed us. It was remarkable and a fun look at a spectacular city - Munich. Can’t wait to go back!

Neil is a great guide. Deep knowledge about Oslo and Norway in general. Good walking pace. Making sure that our whole family was around, especially our younger son. Rich language. A lot of energy. And we have witnessed his special production about how Norway gained its independence. I can only recommend Neil's services. :-)

We took the Budapest Private Tour with a local, Custom Highlights and Gems hosted by Balazs.
We had been to Budapest twice before and wanted to experience the beautiful art and architecture, lovely cafes, interesting monuments, exciting neighborhood and unusual historic sites. It was a perfect tour.

Catia was a terrific guide for me and my 24 year old daughter. Tours so often give you expats - people who moved to a city and found this gig. Catia is a Porto lifer AND works for the city in urban planning. She also had a solid "approach" - starting at the oldest section and working to/through the city, excellent balance of informative and fun. Finally, she was incredibly kind - had read in detail our "bio" including that my daughter has severe celiac issues. She'd researched all the places that might be appropriate in Porto (and my daughter, who has a global app that suggests where to go, said Catia had hit the high spots without knowing about that app!).

The tour was great and Aysiah was an amazing guide!
