Im not sure why some people have had such problems with Weapons Galore ? Ive bought a few things from them over the years, they've all arrived, totally happy with the product and price. Any phone or email enquities have always been answered promply and always very politely. I have no problem with them at all.

He strung me a long with the promise of a decent crossbow to compensate me for this shocking service but then asking me to pay for it but even that they couldnât fulfill
These people shouldnât be allowed to trade. Iâm not surprised to see that others have experienced the same issues

I placed an order with weapons galore over a month ago. I have had to chase them for every bit of information. It took three emails just to get half my order. The other half has been promised many times but still no order. Buy from someone else as these people are scammers. This is the worst store full of fake reviews. They just want to steal your money.

It is true that I didnât get the product that I wanted and itâs also true that they provided the no stock excuse. I ordered a knife in August 2024. The knife was on back order, I have been waiting 6 months and still on sign of it, I have rung dozens of times and it has only been answered once, I have also emailed, no response.

Placed an order back in February for a civivi conspirator, WG had issues with police and this caused them issues. I have spoken to a very nice man a couple of times but response to emails, voicemails has been poor at best and now it looks like theyâve gone totally radio silent, looks like Iâm not getting a conspirator and Iâve probably lost my money, I try to take my custom to small businesses whenever I can but this experience will make me think twice in the future â¹ïž

After multiple ignored emails, and the few responses that just messed me about & dial tone phone calls I had to go to my bank and file a section 75 charge back after, which luckily, I received. Only last month did I receive my money back which my bank gave me. The item was only £4 difference elsewhere so I was non the wiser of the scam they ran until after I'd purchased & researched them.

Placed an order back in March, since then I havenât received any of the knives I purchased nor have they responded to any emails or calls. Unless this is resolved Iâd avoid at all costs!
More problems after a promising start
After a long wait of 4 weeks (this company is based 20-30 mins drive from me) I finally got my knives. After a pleasant telephone call was told there was a problem with customs. Their website is not updated still and after two emails saying they would call, none ? There is a shortage of civivi suppliers in the uk as it is. Ive noticed other reviews saying they've has problems too.
It's a pity as the chap on the phone was very pleasant and sent me two different knives and apologised for the delay.
The four civivi I have are great knives and value for money.
Surely customs delays don't go back to September 2023 (as another reviewer had commented) ?
They seemed genuinely sincere on my one call from them but I've heard no more and the website has not changed, or any notifications advising they are having importation problems.
Seems strange as no problems whatsoever with other retailers ?

Whilst Civivi knives are fantastic quality and excellent value for money, civivi.co.uk should be avoided at all cost. I paid for a knife that was never arrived, I spoke to them twice (as they didnât respond to any emails) and was told it was held by customs. 3 months later I tried to contact them but all of their phones were off and all of their email addresses came back as undeliverable. I started a claim through my credit card to get the money back and this company then disputed the claim. Iâve not heard anything from them since. AVOID!!
Great team effort
Ok, so we might have started with the wrong foot, but that was promptly fixed by the customer service team. Unfortunately the item I wanted didn't arrive on time for delivery, but we found a better knife on the same price, and I received next day. 100% will buy from them again.
