I purchased Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus and afterwards found out it would not work with Windows 7. I asked for a refund and customer service told me to upgrade my system to Windows 8 or 10 without giving me a refund.

It's truly a scam!. One of the reviews said that it was but I still took chances. I experienced the same exact thing. The username/I'd that they give is not valid. Its just a fake user ID.
I contacted the customer service but so far no response! I'm going to dispute this transaction with my bank

I purchased the Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus Lifetime Account. Beware! this has a weird username that you will be stuck with such as abcde @of365.ru. This is not something you can use an existing free microsoft account with.

Trash not a free key it's an key tied to an organization that you have to login to you have to use his password and username which you can't change. It's a scam don't use this service

Good response to whatsapp text and resolved code issue

The transaction was easy, efficient, and transparent. The product was very reasonably priced.

I had issue with the key for Windows 10 installation and tried to reach out to Cjkeymall. But never heard back and the phone number they provided through WhatsApp is not working. Needless to say I am not happy with my purchase despite the cheaper cost.
