Amazing Pilates instructor
I have been doing Pilates with Clara for quite some time now and honestly can’t recommend her sessions enough!
Through her wealth of expertise in Pilates she’s helped me massively to improve my mobility and strength, which has been something that I have otherwise found hard to work on through other means - I’ve been training jiu jitsu for many years, and it’s only since combining Clara’s Pilates sessions with my training have I seen a massive improvement in my ability to withstand injury and to be strong in positions that I’d otherwise not be.
Clara is great at clearly explaining the movements and offering options for differing levels of intensity for each movement, all at the same time as she’s performing the movements herself which is impressive!
Having also seen Clara for Physio in the past she does a great job at centring her Pilates movements around building strength to prevent future injuries.
She offers a really great service and couldn’t recommend her and this platform enough to someone considering Pilates
Chronic back pain gone
I had chronic back pain which kept coming back after intense exercise. After a few sessions at Clara's pilates session I feel stronger and the constant pain is finally gone

Clara’s sessions should be mandatory…
Clara’s sessions should be mandatory for everyone looking to improve their mobility, core strength and general physical well-being. Her coaching is pin-point precise and every movement is carefully thought out to maximise the benefit on the body. You can tell Clara is a trained physio as her classes feel like they are doing you serious good, rather than just making you sweat. I come from a boxing background and still train/coach daily. I’ve been boxing for over twenty years and have never been more mobile despite being two decades older!! That's 100 per cent down to Clara’s pilates. Would recommend without hesitation.
Clara's brilliant
Clara's brilliant. I'm not an enthusiastic exerciser but she's very precise and easy to follow and by god does it work. I'm menopausal and had started to feel my strength wane (struggling to get up from the ground when camping) and decided I had to do something about it. I can really feel the difference – much stronger, even after just a few weeks of going regularly. She was also brilliant when I hurt my back, showing me what stretches I needed to do and how to adapt the movements (I was surprised at how quickly I recovered). She's a five out of five instructor but also a very nice person who really cares about her clients and knows her stuff.

Physio from Clara has kept me running! Following a number of sessions with Clara I’ve finally managed to get rid of injuries/niggles which were not just slowing me down but completely stopping me from running every ~6 months.
Her expertise in the root cause, and how to fix issues for the long term have been a game changer. The advice felt tailored to my requirements, not just a generic list of exercises to take home and do.
Recently I have started to incorporate Clara’s Pilates classes into my training plans. It’s so easy to pick up and is approachable for a complete beginner like me. I’ve already noticed a really positive impact on my running.
Perfect programmes for athletes & daily users alike
Clara’s pilates knowledge is on another level - her classes are easy to follow and her background as a physiotherapist really comes through in the way she walks you through each exercise, where you know you’re getting the most out of each movement.
Clara’s classes have truly helped me to get stronger and more mobile, and have become an integral part of my training schedule as an equestrian athlete. I highly recommend the 1:1 sessions for a personalised approach as well, as Clara was able to help me address a sports related injury that had been pestering me for years!
Competitive padel player new to pilates
As a competitive padel player with a busy training schedule, I've found I've been neglecting mobility along with Strength & Conditioning to compliment my training. CK pilates has been such a time efficient and effective way of ticking both these boxes, allowing me to stay injury free and perform better on the padel court.
As a complete beginner to pilates, I've found these sessions to be the perfect blend of challenging yet maintenable for the long run. Without a doubt would recommend giving them a go!

Pilates for the win
The online classes with Clara kept me together while training for Ironman 70.3 perfect when you already have a lot going on and need accessory work to avoid injury and strengthen your body for all the extreme training sessions during the week amazing quality walsy to follow videos. Only online class you need in your schedule
Pilates helped me so much with Muay Thai
Clara has been a great Pilates instructor. She is the one that introduced me to Pilates because she suggested it might help with mobility and core strength for Muay Thai. Now I have been doing Pilates with Clara for a while and she’s helped feel stronger and more mobile in training, but especially helped me recover whenever I got injured during training or during fights
Clara’s classes make me feel stronger and pain-free
Clara’s Pilates classes have been such a positive change for me. The exercises are gentle on my knees but still make me feel stronger week by week. My lower back pain has improved so much, and I’ve noticed a big increase in my flexibility too. What I love most is how this helps me in my everyday life. I move more freely, sit and stand with less discomfort, and just feel better overall. Clara is a wonderful instructor, always supportive and encouraging, and she makes every class enjoyable and uplifting. After just a couple of months I feel lighter, stronger, and more motivated. I can’t recommend her enough!

Clara’s Pilates classes are so good! She tailors to you and is great for all levels. She also has the nicest softest voice and you can’t ever be angry at her when the burn hits! Her physio skills are also next level and she really has a genuine interest in all her patients. 10/10 don’t skip CKpilates!!!
