Someone had hit my car during school…
Someone had hit my car during school run I was put through to claimsline not knowing what to do. Everyone I spoke to specially Ben had helped and guided me, I wasn’t comfortable driving my car due to the impact and having my children in the car, got me back on the road ASAP :) cannot fault.

I was involved in a non fault accident and called claimsline after a few minutes, I spoke to Rick and the service was very calm, clear and helpful, exactly what I needed at the time. Since then I have been sorted a hire car and the whole process has been as stress free as possible,

Never been involved in an accident…
Never been involved in an accident before, so wasn’t sure what to do. Claim’s line were really helpful and got me back on the road quickly and efficiently as I needed a car to get to work. 5*

Excellent service and support.
Was still in shock when a friendly voice rang to help me during a no fault accident. Steve was extremely helpful and patient. Ensuring I understood what they would do to help me. Received a hire car by 12.30 the next day and referred to solicitors for claim for injury. Excellent service from Steve.

Friendly helpful customer service
After my car was unexpectedly hit by a wagon, Claimsline were more than helpful. After one phone call to my insurance they did the rest! They have taken all the stress out of my hands. The staff are so and friendly to talk, which is a bonus when you are in an unexpected situation and need someone to reassure you. Thankyou to all who have helped me so far.

Hayden was excellent with my no fault claim. First time i have needed to go through a car insurance claim and he instantly put me at ease. It was a thorough process and I was in my courtesy car in a very short amount of time

Motor accident claim on 2nd June.

Prompt and professional service
After a no fault accident hundreds of miles from home, it was reassuring to know that a friendly and helpful voice was on the other end of the phone. Human voice
A human voice at the end of the phone, someone I could understand.
Anyone I spoke to was polite, patient and knew what they were talking about.
If I was promised a return call m, I got it.
I appreciated this all the more as I have been dealing with a large company,Sky, which did none of the above.
A stressful experience was made easier.
