Hayden reached out to me after the person at fault in the accident had contacted them. He was friendly, empathetic and efficient. By the next morning I had a courtesy car and the solicitor was in touch to discuss my claim because Hayden had dealt with it quickly. I felt supported and informed when I was at a loss what to do. Highly recommend for customer service and efficiency.

Unfortunately I was involved in an accident recently and I called Claimsline. I spoke with Guy who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He took all the hassle out of the process completely. I couldn't recommend Claimsline highly enoug.
