From my first phone call. After my accident. I was reasured and put at ease immediately. They have been realy helpful and helped me feel at ease. Ben has been brilliant and everyone i have spoken to couldn't help me enough.

Stephen, my 1st approach call handler made me feel at ease and relaxed. Very easy to talk to and in some way calming. Felt the stress of the accident lifting as he took control of everything that needed to be done with the accident. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Within 2 hours of my accident I had lodged my claim and a replacement vehicle had been arranged together with pick up of my car. The whole process was made as simple and stress free as it could be. Excellent service

I called they up 10 minutes after my accident and they was understanding of everything. With in an hour they had sorted out my car getting picks and a hire car in a swap with in less then 24 hours so I wasn't qoth out a car. They called me 24 hours later to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. They have kept me up to date with everything that has been going on cant fault them at all

Stephen was extremely helpful on the phone. He was friendly, and professional. He made me feel at ease and went through everything step by step. He was very understanding and answered questions easily to put my mind at rest about the whole claims process. Exactly what is needed after the trauma of a car crash that wasn't your fault. Customer care at its best!

For a start they were on it straight away, no quibbling or hanging about, they dealt with everything in a very professional way, we were quickly given two hire cars (my daughters car was written off as well) I can’t recommend them high enough !!!
