I order a chair from the for my dinning table. It is really good quality. I ordered several more.

I recently had an excellent shopping experience with this seller on Etsy, purchasing four beautifully crafted chairs. Before making the purchase, I requested the owner to match the wood color of my table with the chairs. The owner was not only accommodating but also promptly fulfilled my request.

The delivery service was equally impressive. I was well-informed about the delivery date and time, ensuring a smooth transaction. Upon arrival, I found the chairs securely packed in their boxes.

The chairs themselves exceeded my expectations. They are super comfortable, visually pleasing, and feature a soft-touch seating surface. I’d highly recommend this seller for their quality products and outstanding service.

But it is very poor quality made with rough pine soft wood. Not even sealed could make a better table myself honestly

Delivery was reasonable time. Everything packed well. The table is well made and legs are sturdy. It is a bit more rustic than I wouldve liked, i.e. there were splinters and a lot of textures that causes food residue, cloth fibres to get stuck when wiping but I am not too particular about these things and can live with the added character and charm.

Clar Furniture answered my questions about the table base very well. When both base and table top arrived we realised that the table top was a bit more rustic than expected. I fed that back and Clar Furniture replaced the table top for a smoother one, which we like much better. No issues. Just had to wait but good things come to those who wait. Service was great and professional.

Bought the Humber extending table and it’s fabulous. Fantastic quality and looks great. We asked for the table to be customised for our own measurements and Clarfurniture were more than happy to accommodate our request. Was delivered on time also.

Paid one thousand for a dinning table and a bench, wrong item sent, terrible organised company, quality no good for the price was paid, I need to buy a wood filler and glue to fix the gaps.

I would give it zero if at all possible. I purchased a corner sofa bed couch there in December of 2022. We thought it was great at thetime, but soon after having it delivered we realised the quality is not what it was meant to be, the couch sagged within the first month and the memory foam did not return to its original position (we are not big people) My partner can no longer use it as it’s so uncomfortable. I did as legally allowed and required and notified them within a month of delivery and after asking for photo proof I have had nothing but being fobbed off that they are waiting to hear back from the manufacturer, I notified them that they are liable and have since heard nothing. I know am seeking legal advice to get my money back so we can finally get a replacement. Avoid, all talk and no customer care.

Clar Furniture completely messed me around. I ordered a garden table and benches that we wanted to have in time for the summer, after 4 weeks it was supposed to be delivered but on the day of delivery we received a call to say the lorry had broken down and they could no longer get the order to us that day. We rescheduled for the following week but nothing arrived on that day. I spoke to someone at Clar Furniture who promised me that they would make the delivery the following Saturday before 2pm but the day before I received an email that my order had just been cancelled. I have now wasted 6 weeks and I have to start looking for something else now. I would never use this company again, it feels like a very amateur operation.
