I wouldn't give it any stars. I haven't received my hearing aids which I ordered in February. No reply to my messages. The last track I got said they had received the order, now I can't track at all. I believe the is a scam

ordered Clairons ITE Bluetooth Hearing Aids 2 Jan '26.
Notified shipped 22 Jan. · 3 separate E-mails saying still no receipt( first sent 26 Feb) NO ANSWER to any of my e-mails, and NO Hearing Aids.

On the 26 January 2026 I ordered a set of the blue tooth
hearing aids up to today 9 Feb. I have not heard from
Clairons it seems that they took my money and did not deliver! Please warn people about this! Chrissie

Ordered a pair last June, they arrived in July. Couldn't get them to work so asked to return them . Followed instructions for returning and received confirmation they had received them. This is now December and a refund has still not been made. They are not replying to emails. I would advise people to avoid this company like the plague.

Item is not suitable, too big for my ears, constant fizzing that's worse than my tinnitus...that it is supposed to help eleviate! They are now not responding to my emails requesting to return and I have reported them to my bank as a fraudulent company! Avoid at all costs - they are happy to help when you are buying but their after care service is atrocious!

Absolute load of crap. To anyone thinking of buying a pair, DONT!!! Hidden hearing? hah, makes you look like something out of a 1960’s cheap science fiction film. Sound quality is very very poor, as is the in ear fit.
Like the saying goes, if it looks too good to be true, it most definitely is!

Give me my money back that I paid for the hearing aids for returning them after they didn’t work to my liking.

The hearing aids work very well and the case which serves as a charger is compact and fits in my pocket. The devices are held in the case with magnets and the lid is closed magnetically.
Comfortable fit.

I love the hearing aids! They fit the ears great and the sound from them is clear and awesome!

The right one does not work i have had no responce from clari hearing after several request.i just need an address to return them to.for a full refund .facebook should be held responsible for allowing companies to advertise and sell poor quality such as these.

They will NOT grant refunds. We followed directions, sent item back, and now we get no response when asking about our refund status.

These hearing aids are very easy to use and to fit. Just a couple of touch buttons. Very light and discrete and powerful..! I can hear everything!

They Don’t Work

I was not happy with these hearing aids. Contacted support. Did everything they suggested. Still would not work. Requested refund as per the advertised policy. Was told I would have to return at my expense. Advertise that they will provide shipping label. Now they won’t answer my emails! Also, you never get to “talk” to a real person. Only by computer. I am not happy.

I have not received my hearing aids I ordered the end of January what is the hold up?

clear sound no batteries easy charging and small they are great

The time it took to arrive was too long. There needs to be an option for expedited delivery. Also, the charging unit needs to have a regular electrical outlet connection.
