Not worth try

I got this as a cheaper version of invasive options. Maybe it's just me but I struggled to get any progress after a month. You need the videos I find to help but it's not clear where to find them. You have 14 days to return. Not worth the £50 in my opinion.

I noticed a difference using emplevic after only a few weeks and found I could do activities which had always held me back before. Would reccommend to anyone looking to improve their pelvic floor health. Cost effective, non invasive and discreet. 5 stars.

Highly recommend!

I’ve tried Empelvic out a few times now and I can notice a difference already. It’s not only discrete, but very easy to use. It’s one of few products I’ve tried and actually noticed change with. Highly recommend!!

Empelvic, very good straightforward product

A really straightforward product. I was looking for something to help with incontinence and when I came across Clariti and Empelvic I was skeptical at first as the cushion was very simple and I couldn't see how it would help. I watched many videos explaining how it works and was convinced! It is still quite early in my use of Empelvic but so far I have noticed a good difference and will continue using every day as it is very easy to do!

Easy to use and works!

Empelvic has helped me learn how to relax my pelvic floor muscles. I haven't found a device on the market that helps to specifically relax the pelvic floor muscles, they seem to be more about inserting devices inside which can be difficult if you have a tight pelvic floor! I like how this product can also be used to support pelvic floor strengthening if needed too.
