Clarity Plumbing & Heating Ltd レビュー

Excellent as always with communication.
Extremely knowledgeable whilst doing a fantastic job.
A very pleasant understanding nature.
Thanks again Rob.

Rob completed the annual boiler service completing an amazing job as always. Highly recommend. Thanks Rob

Impeccable as always, cannot recommend enough. Rob let me know when he was going to turn up & turned up when he said he would. Rob explains what he's working on and how he'll approach the project, keeping us updated with progress throughout. Excellent service.

Excellent service from Rob once again.
As usual he arrived on time. We thought he was just going to give us a quote, but he was able to fit us in there and then between jobs to carry out the work.
We now have a stop tap in a much easier location in case of an emergency and
everywhere was left clean and tidy....perfect job!
Thank you Rob

Once again Rob has completed the servicing of our boiler in his usual efficient, tidy and timely manner.
The boiler area even smells more fruitful than before!

Really happy with the work

Excellent service as usual.
Attention to detail on oil boiler service demonstrated how poor previous service work on my boiler has been.
I would confidently recommend Rob/Clarity Plumbing & Heating to anyone with oil central heating.

Rob is always very helpful, full of advice. He never let's you down and always does a brilliant job

Rob is hard working, well organised and very clear (that's in the company name) about what he is doing and why. What's more is a plumber who turns up when he says he will do so! His solid work ethos is hard to find these days.

Clarity came from a recommendation , which fully lived up to expectations.
Excellent.!

Highly recommend. Very professional and highly skilled. A thorough servicing by Rob of our boiler keeping us informed of everything he has done. He tidies up, leaving everywhere clean and arrives on time. Many thanks.

Personable and the most thorough service we have had to date on our current boiler of 7 years.
Gave recommendations and full detail post-service. Thanks Rob

ROB IS A GREAT CHAP AND WILL ALWAYS HELP YOU OUT, WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE

1st class service as always.

Rob always provides great service and at an acceptable price level. Rob first helped us out with a problematic boiler during a very cold winter spell. He went the extra mile to get us back up & running. Subsequently we employed Clarity to install a new boiler & tank the following Summer. Great job including some concrete work to support new bunded tank. Recently Rob came back to perform the annual service with his new colleague. Boiler has been running well & without issues since the installation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Clarity to anyone and have already done so.

Rob's been out for a few jobs now after our previous plumber let us down - servicing the oil boiler (it's never been so sparkly), replacing an old broken toilet, fixing a leaky sink and most recently replacing a dead shower and installing a new stoptap. He always turns up when he says he will, does a lovely neat job, tidies up perfectly and only requires regular infusions of black coffee to keep him going. He even dealt with a toilet that was broken in the box when we unpacked it and a shower that would not disconnect so he got a good soaking - and he didn't complain once (and he came back so that was good) The only downside is he's really busy so if it's not urgent you will have to wait!

Rob went out of his way to sort out my plumbing problem. I cannot thank him enough and would recommend him anytime

Exactly what I wanted from a professional tradesman , showed up on time , delivered exactly as quoted for, great value, did a great tidy job, offered legislative advice , cleaned up after himself .
An absolute real pleasure to meet Rob and will most certainly use him again in the future . 100% score from
Me .

Reliable, thorough, tidy and a good communicator.
