I can’t recommend Clarke Residential enough. I feel they provide a higher level of customer service compared to the other estate agents I have dealt with in the past. Callum knows the market, he is extremely knowledgeable. He sold our house in 6 days. He is friendly and professional and was always there at the end of the phone. He always kept us up to date. He gave us great advice and was always honest and understanding. Selling a house is so stressful but I felt like I was speaking to a friend through out it all. I feel Callum is genuinely invested in helping people, he was never pushy and we never felt rushed. Thank you for everything Callum.

This was the first time we have sold a house; Callum came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint. He was very clear, helpful, quick, and we sold the house within a day of the first viewing. Having just bought a home listed by Clarke Residential, I can say that the buying experience through them has been nothing but smooth sailing. Callum was very informative and kept us up to date with everything that was going on with the purchase, even giving us updates when the solicitors took a few days to get back to us. As a first-time buyer, he helped to put us at ease by answering any questions or queries we had no matter how niche or simple they were. We originally met Callum while viewing a property and were very impressed with his knowledge of the property and his ability to answer all our questions, which was something we had found some of the larger estate agents were not able to do. We didn't purchase this property but chose Clarke Residential to sell ours. Callum managed to obtain multiple offers and we sold in a week. Throughout the whole process, we were kept up to date both within and outside of normal office hours which was brilliant for me and my partner who work full time. Clarke Residential were the agent that the Seller had chosen when I was buying in Monton, Manchester. Callum is excellent, he is friendly, approachable and fastidious in his approach and it is clear he has very credible experience; he corralled the solicitors and surveyor to make the whole process seamless which took significant pressure off myself and the seller to be on top of everything. Clarke Residential offer the use of WhatsApp to make comms easier, and they constantly stay in touch. Callum also met me at the property to hand the keys over at completion which was a great touch in a rather stressful time - I would highly recommend Clarke Residential and would choose them in the event of selling my own property!
