We were able to arrange a property viewing at short notice with Rhiannon who not only was knowledgeable of the property we were shown around but also proactively followed up our viewing the next day, which none of the other estate agents did, which lead us to making an offer that day which Rhiannon progressed and secured the sale also the same day. Excellent service which included contact during the entire process to completion and afterwards. Also the office team were very helpful on the completion day. Clarkes fully met all our expectations. I was searching for a flat to rent over the last few weeks and pickings can be slim down on the South Coast. I went to several different places but Clarkes was the most efficient and quickly found me a flat.

We have a Whatsapp group for all the leaseholders in the flats, this keeps us well connected and on top of things. We also have major work being carried out on our flats and our allocated member of staff is able to post updates to the whole group.

So far so good, hopefully we will continue to be managed efficiently moving forward.

The best estate agent I ever come across. Everyone at Clarkes, Paul and his team - Christina, Rhiannon, Chloe and Alex - all extremely professional, experienced, very helpful and super friendly, nothing is ever to much trouble for them. We rented, then recently bought our property through Clarkes.
It was a long process due to reasons beyond our control and it would not have been possible without Paul's experience and knowledge.
