Remarkable support from Paul at Clarke's. This transaction was full of problems, but Paul handled them with tact, patience and diplomacy, along with a good deal of common sense.
If you want a service over and above the usual, Clarke's Estates is certainly the place to go.

The agent who dealt with me was knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring and kept me fully informed at all times. The other staff members were also helpful and best of all they managed to get me a sale price above what I was expecting.

I registered our details with Rhiannon at Clarkes during our recent property search. Although Clarkes did not find us our new property the support I received from Rhiannon was incredible considering our house was not yet under offer and we weren't really in a position to make an offer on a purchase anyway. She rang me every couple of weeks to check in and get an update from me. I certainly did not receive this type of service from any other agents. She really did go out of her way and, I think, is a real credit to her profession.

I sold my studio flat with Clarkes and the sale was not straightforward as the lease on the property was short and I had originally hoped to extend the lease. However the freeholders were not easy to deal with and the team at Clarkes pulled out all the stops to steer me through the minefield of lease negotiation. Not only this but there were many different options I could have taken on the sale and, again, I was so well advised by Clarkes that the usual stress from selling a property was greatly alleviated and I was grateful for the professionalism and knowledge of the team who looked after my sale.
