Maria from Exeter today was outstanding! She gave us excellent service providing me with shoes to fit and for my friend did everything she could to find some online for her. Couldn't of been any more helpful if she tried! Thankyou so much!

I was served by Maria today buying my son his first grown up pair of boots as he’s off to college. She was absolutely fantastic - really attentive , putting him at ease and helping him make choices. Thank you Maria. You made the experience really great.

Great service from Oliver in the Exeter store at the weekend. The place was full of people getting ready for going back to school but Oliver was great with our 5 and 3 year olds. He got talking to them while he was sizing them up and gave us some useful advice. Thank you Oliver.

We had a quick and efficient experience just a few days before school starts for the year. Very impressed with the whole staff and their patience with a shop full of families. We have two kids and were measured, fitted, and ordered in new time. Well done, Clarks of Exeter!

Lady at the door was rude and patronising. It was busy and she was probably up to her head with work. Otherwise service was great.

Great Clarks store, a credit to the brand. Maria served me and was friendly and engaged without being at all pushy. She was very patient and kind as I 'ummed' and 'ahhed' and changed my mind and asked to try on four different pairs of shoes. She, and her colleagues, and the layout and ambience of the store, all made the experience great. Thank you all.

Maria at the Exeter store was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, she was attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable. So disappointed cannot get any shoes / trainers for my 3 year old grandson . He is a size 9 H fitting . The store measured and could not sell us a pair of shoes as there wasn’t any in his size . Went on line still unable to get anything in his size . I rang the customer service for Clark’s and was told sorry there is nothing in that size . Come on Clark’s what’s going on . Your width fittings say EFGH why is there nothing that can fit a little boy who is three ?

Helpful staff, we were helped by Maria, who took the time to advise me about the sizing of the shoe and got several different sizes for me in between helping other customers during a busy period. Friendly and helpful

Visited Clarks in Exeter to purchase my little boys first pair of boots.

Great experience in the Exeter Clarks a few weeks ago. Maria was lovely and so helpful. Excellent customer service. Found exactly what I was looking for.

Maria at the Exeter store was absolutely brilliant today, she suggested a couple of options for my husband who has really painful feet. Went in hoping to find one pair of comfy shoes and came out with two pairs! Excellent good old fashioned customer service, nothing was too much trouble - such a rarity these days.

Visited shop yesterday 12 May 2025, very peaceful and calm experience. No sales pressure. I was very particular in my selection but, Mechelle was very helpful and patient.
