Clarksville Hobby Depot was a pleasure to order from. Their website is pretty easy to navigate and their shipping was very fast!

Good selection, prompt shipment, very well packed,

Got my shipment and great store.

Love ordering from local shops instead of amazon. My package was delivered in great condition and in a timely way. I'm glad I found out about the shop!

Great place to buy hobby tools from name brands like Tamiya , Gunprimer , and MR Hobby .

Great selection and packaged items with Care. Honest communication.

Everything was great, don’t got much to say lol

Prompt shipping, items are well packed, neatly bundled. Great selection of RG and MG Gundams. Gunpla tools available on website are some that are not found anywhere else. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to shop here.

This is one great shop. Everyone there is super nice and extremely helpful. They carry a lot of the higher end kits but they don't charge high end prices. They package your order like it's a work of art and make sure everything is perfect. They ship your order quickly as well and send updates to keep you informed. I'll definitely be ordering more and more from them.

Easy shopping, good selection of stock, great communications, prompt shipping. You can’t go wrong here!

Transmitter came in perfect condition, ahead of schedule.

Only complaint is it took a bit longer than I'm used to for my order to ship. Not worth a star tho

Super quick shipping. Product sold at a very fair price.

I have never seen model kits being sent with such care. EACH kit was wrapped in bubble wrap while the box as a whole had some filling as well. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in literal perfect shape. I have ordered from most US plamo/hobby online retailers and Clarksville definitely made an amazing first impression. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I hope to buy from them again.

The customer service from CHD is great. They're very responsive to questions and can even help snag some hard to find kits. The shipping is prompt and if there are any issues they're great at taking care of it and getting it sorted out quickly. I highly recommend them and I always try to do as much business with them as possible.

Excellent communication, totally stand-up seller. Will definitely purchase again. Product was as described and delivered earlier than expected.

Responded nearly instantly and got me the model kit very quickly.
