I ordered 5 items from Claro back in November 2023, and had no issues, along with very fast (I think it was next day) delivery.

However, my huggie earrings clasps broke in March 2024 but Claro were very helpful to solve the issue! They paid for my postage to send them back to them and fixed them free of charge.

Have recommended them to loads of my friends! I just hope they expand their collection and introduce some new trendier pieces soon.

thankyou so much, the ring I ordered is beautiful, very quick service, would highly recommend.

Excellent service speedy delivery nice packaging lovely genuine gold earrings excellent customer service all round 5 stars many thanks from a very happy customer.

Amazing Service and very quick delivery. They dispatched on the 2nd January and I got the item on the 3rd, less than 24 hours later. The earrings are beautiful and £50 cheaper than what I found on the high street for the same pair. Thank you!

I ordered a ring yesterday and received it today. I am extremely happy with the ring; the price is marvellous, and the females in my family can expect some lovely pieces at Christmas.
Great service

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase and the service I have received from Claro Jewels. Will definitely make this my first point of contact should I want anymore beautiful jewellery in the future.

Outstanding value for money, after receiving my 1st order i placed another! The jewellery is exceptional, i wouldn't be able to tell it apart from very expensive jewellery, i ordered 2 baguette cut rings one with an sort of emerald cut centre stone, they are truly beautiful, on both occasions this company has dispatched my orders in a day! The communication is 1st class, i whole heartedly recommend Clarojewels, you will not be disappointed

Fantastic service from start. Identified the gold St Christopher which was a present for my Wife for anniversary. Had a web chat just to confirm things then placed order. Web site was easy to use. Price very fair. Free delivery which was very fast and trackable. The item is great. A nice touch was the gift box and small bag. Would highly recommend. Thanks again P johnson

I’m really blown away. I ordered a ring yesterday lunchtime…(I did think that I was taking a risk as the ring couldn’t be that nice for the price).
Well, it came today!!! …and it is beautiful!!! I absolutely love it. It arrived incredibly quick, in a lovely draw string pouch…and it’s so beautiful.
