Incredible. We are a quirky brand, with lots of different kinds of products. I was nervous that it would be challenging for Class A to "get us". Wow, they nailed it! The flows are so beautifully, I feel like they know our brand better than we do. . hahaha. It truly looks like they had fun designing our flows. Highly recommend!

Increased our already high flow revenue significantly. Cannot recommend Daniel and the team at Class-A Media enough!

Delivered service had negative impact on business. Customer complaints from loyal customers and high spenders. I tried to work it out with Daniel. He changed the definition of his guarantee from Sales increase to Attributed Revenue as a result. Would not refund. Daniel said he was pleased with the performance, and blamed negative trends on my business. But I understand my business well and could see the correlation. Only writing reviews because he refused to honor the guarantee. Otherwise he's a nice person. But be warned.

I have been following Daniel Mizrahi's ads for a while. I tried different agencies to develop flows for my business with poor results. Then, I decided to bite the bullet and went to Daniel's. The process was a lot nicer than I expected, Class A Media team super professional. Quality of design, complexity of flows... Top Notch - Just As Advertised. A lot of services say they are going to take over and do all the work, Daniel and his team actually execute on that.

Scheduled a call after completing a questionnaire on the website. The call was cancelled just a few hours before with no reason, no rescheduling.

But a few weeks later I started to receive emails from them as I'd been put on some mailing list, and trying to sell me with some cheap templates. Basically a cheap switchbait.

I read that this last minute cancelling also happened to another person on another review website.

EDIT: Appears the company replied back saying they don't know who I am, but this makes no sense. I have a pretty unique first name. And I also emailed back to their bait & switch email saying 'what gives'. So I don't know how they can pretend not to be able to identify the case.

For some more detail on the bait & switch: basically a few weeks after 'rejecting' me, i started to get emails from ClassAMedia, which included templates for using in email flows - exactly what they originally claim they can do with expert setup in 30 days.

I guess by baiting you into believing they are an expert, but rejecting all applicants, they can wash off this responsibility. And then send templates which you might feel are worth buying. The templates don't even come with the flow themselves, so I have no idea how it could be of any use beyond templates freely available on Canva and elsewhere.

Great Experience so far... Still running traffic on the fairly fresh set up, but everything to this point has been awesome.

I did this project during my peak season with very little time to spare, and was still able to properly communicate and manage my end of the responsibilities... which wasn't much.
